Worst place to eat at since the old store manager Elissa has left.
Store isn't as clean as it used to be, employees aren't as friendly or helpful as she was, takes forever to have a sub made compared to when I would come in when she was working. Was always in and out quickly when she worked there. Now I have to wait like I'm at the hospital.
The bread has slipped in quality as well. Used to be able to get a sub that wouldn't fall apart when I went to eat it. Now the bread is just poor in quality and sub doesn't stay together well. Cookies suck as well. Used to be that they were nice and chewy but now they are almost hard.
Take a word of advice: avoid this place!
Looks like I'll be switching to the Subway in Walmart on Brown's Bridge Road.

I have been here a few times mainly at slack hours and have found the place very clean. The staff were quick to respond to me entering, and welcomed me. I was glad to see all of the food items covered by lids. I always get the same sub made a particular way and they followed my instructions correctly. So if you are picky about how you want your sub made, don't hesitate to ask for it. I also ordered a couple of chocolate chip cookies and found them to be very soft and gooey just the way I like them. There is also free refills on the fountain drinks. The bathrooms were pretty good but could have been a bit better, but it was just after the lunch rush so all and all it was a great experience and will not hesitate to stop back in for a sub when I am in this area.

You can't have kids running your store. They were out of just about everything I ask for an Hour before closing and no one was willing to get out anything fresh. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was none. I asked for a phone number and was told they did not have one. They told me to go online and complain to corporate.

No body here can make a sandwich to save their life. Not to mention all the people on drugs here. Oh and don’t be surprised if the randomly refuse you service for no reason. To say the least the regional (Candice?) has a lawsuit coming her way.

What can I say, its Subway. But the crew here does a fantastic job with the sandwiches. I highly recommend this Subway if your in the neighborhood. the Staff is friendly and quick.

Kim did not properly lay out the cheese on my sub. Didn't ask about how I'd like my toppings. Past experience was great but this time was poor service

Staff Friendly and prompt, got there about 7:15pm no white bread left. Said it was to close to closing time. But they close at 10pm. No reason to not have bread. Not smart. Place clean also. Not sure if not
