Came through the drive thru. Took 20ish minutes for 2 cars ahead of me. Got to the window. Nice lady confirmed my order and took my payment. Handed me my card with receipt. Then my drink. Then my food shortly after. I pull forward and check the contents. I see rice and nuggets (see my receipt picture….clearly wrong). I park my car, try to go inside, locked of course, so I walk up to the window. The car behind me is now sitting there paying for their order. I ask them what they ordered, they said nuggets with rice. I tell them I got their order instead and gave them their food. The worker lady now notices me standing at the window and asks what’s wrong. I explain I was the car that just left and I got the wrong order. She’s apologetic and then the manager approaches saying “what’s wrong?!” I explain the situation, again, and ask for my correct order (mind you I have repeated it 3-4 times now) he quickly gets me the food and I leave. Of course I check the bag and I see fries with tenders so I’m good. Well, no. I get home to find these poor excuses for tenders (no bigger than nuggets…biscuit for reference), they are not spicy like I ordered, and my drink is Diet Coke, not Dr. Pepper… swing and a miss x2

The meal I had was good. The nuggets were tasty. The breading on the nuggets and the chicken inside the nuggets all added to the winning flavor team. Good dipping sauce. Good fries, though slightly disappointed with the portion. A little more please!

The bun with his biscuit doesn’t look safe to eat. Kind a looks like mold kind a looks like dirt... trying to figure if it’s brown green or blue on the bottom.. Completely disgusted I don’t wanna eat any of it

I had to go back twice for missing items and incorrectly made items. I was beyond patient and kind considering and even still was treated terribly by staff. The lead person there, April, was unprofessional and so rude. She didn't want to provide me with any receipt or proof that she refunded me my money and was trying to start a fight with me even though I kindly and justifiably requested a refund for my meal that was prepared incorrectly (they then said they were missing ingredients for my sandwich) and was still willing to pay for my son's meal. They were disorganized and to top it off when I returned the second time I saw her snacking while prepping food. This place and the staff are gross, I will never return.

It was great to find a Popeyes that provided good service. I dined in ordering the flounder combo. Even though they are short staffed, they guy at the register told me it would be few minutes on the sandwich as it was being cooked fresh. On to the back he went to put other orders together. My food came up a few minutes later and it was hot and freshly cooked - the fries too. The simple task of talking to the customers and letting them know how long it may be goes a long way. Please come train the crew at the Old Milton Pkwy location in Alpharetta - it's all around bad.

Consistently the absolute worst customer service. Stingy as could be with the sauces. Longest wait times regardless of however other many cars in line. Cashier always has a terrible attitude and acts as if you’re bothering them by them having to do their job. Love the food but all the above makes it not worth it.
Travel Renaissance
This Popeyes is a joke! You have young smart employees working there but not working, it take almost an hour for chicken if they have it. You can come here at 3pm and they won't have a 8 price meal or tenders. Then today we go at 9:30pm and lookie lookie they are closed when they should be open and closed at 10pm. I have had it with this Popeyes for being soooo unprofessional and as a person that has worked in Retail for over 20 years it's unacceptable and all staff need to have a meeting as I would LOVE to come be a manager and whip this place into shape. Order enough chicken that's why your called Popeyes chicken!

Dining room closed for covid???? Stop using covid for an excuse. Get your business together and stop being lazy. You have 7-8 employees in there and you can’t open the dining room?? That’s nothing but laziness. This place won’t last. long.
