Update to original post. I just tried this place again and just continuously let down. The kids meals aren’t offered with toys anymore, they only have one size drink cup for you to purchase and it’s the large, the meats are not standard to other subways at least they don’t look like the other sandwich meats, and they don’t understand direction very well. Communication barrier definitely exists. They were trying to put my steak and cheese steak in dirty containers to go into the microwave. And then disappeared with them to the back room where they came back damp. They are simply rinsing them out without any sort of sanitation. Also the steak was not properly measured and I probably got less than half an ounce of meat on my sandwich. And if you know subway you know that the steak and cheese is expensive to begin with. Overall just super frustrating. I wish they would Get new owners and new management.
Very poor customer service and the language barrier is huge here. They don’t quite understand what you’re asking for. Also the prices seem to be really expensive compared to some other subways. I think it has to do with how they enter it into the computer. I came in with a coupon and they started to give me some resistance before excepting it. Yet somehow once the coupon was added to the overall total, the price didn’t really come down. Bathrooms are very very dirty and urine is everywhere. I witnessed the person making sandwiches leave and go break down boxes wearing the same gloves she made the sandwiches with. Then she went into the restroom with the same gloves on. Hopefully they got changed before going back to make more sandwiches. The male and female older individuals presumably manager, lack any sort of personality or personal skills. Seem to be rude and not very friendly

If I could leave a ZERO for this location I would! I spoke with the manager here on 01/08 asked him what was needed to place an order for my corporation. He explained I ned to place the order 24-48 hrs in advance. I did that, we spoke and texted several times leading up to the day of the event. In the day of the event the manager tells me he has began preparing the boxes for the order and when o come in he will then begin to make the 18 sandwiches I ordered!!! I’m hosting an event for a major Healthcare corporation, I cannot sit and wait for you to prepare 18 sandwiches that you told me I can come and pick up!! If this man preferred to have the order paid in advance he should have said that!!! Instead of ruining my event! I had to cancel and reschedule

My parents who are SENIORS are visiting Georgia and their experience so far had been amazing until they stepped into this location, where the employee (a guy, apparently also Hispanic like my parents) treated my mom very disrespectfully after she tried to say the word "chicken" but she couldn't remember the word, so she pointed at it and touched the glass with her finger as to trying to make herself understood, and the guy called her off very rudely for touching the glass surface. After this, she apologized and in her nervousness touched the glass again inadvertently and the guy reminded her very rudely that he told her not to touch the glass. She was nervous, hungry and there was clearly a language barrier, and the employee, rather than looking to help and be nice to her, started tossing the bread for her sandwich and made her sandwich with a very negative attitude and she just wanted to cry because how furious and powerless he made her feel. This happened earlier today around 1:00 PM, and I hope someone takes notice of this poor customer service skills and behaviors and does something about it. It's unacceptable.

The guy was so rude omg. Was slamming things in anger. Refused to microwave my vaggie Patty and was not willing to put any veggies. He put only 3 onion slice when I asked for extra onions. Would never go back here. The dude kept arguing the whole time. Opened my food and touched with gloves. When pointed he said it's not a big thing. You kidding me...what about COVID?

I had a pleasant exp at this place. The staffs were kind. Though they seem to have some issues with the coupons as I saw a notice saying buy 1 get 1 free coupon is not accepted. Subway is a franchise how can you not accept subway coupons at subway? Doesnt make any sense.

went today and they’ve apparently redone this place recently. but with the state of the bathrooms, you wouldn’t be able to tell… the bathroom was so gross, i didn’t even want to risk washing my hands and ended up using sanitizer i luckily had on my person. no toilet paper and no paper towels either….

I must’ve changed my order like 6 times had a bunch of screaming kids with me and everyone wanted to get their order in first and David was so patient with me. AND he got everybody’s order PERFECT! Great job subway in hiring and training your staff. He was kind, professional and got us in and out quickly and the kids were happy! He even paid for one of the cookies from his own money for my toddler. The best experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place!

I have been picking up bulk sandwiches from this shop since couple of years now for our ALTA home matches, the owner and staff are very friendly, also very flexible based on your needs to customize each sandwiches for bulk pickup along with early morning availability.
