In the PAST This place used to be great. Staff was the best around and the food was on point. Today it is the worst. Extremely rude staff and horrible food. Rotten tomatoes with mold on them on two items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
Tonight was the best take out we've had in a long time from Taco Bell. We had a big order and it was all correct. The guy working the window was really nice and made sure our order was right. The new wings were really good too. I hope they bring them back.
Worst service in the world. One guy working. Kept messing up the order through the drive through. Absolutely zero emotion. Charged my card then disappeared for 10 min. Overall it took 35 min to get order. Mean while guy in front of me came back and told me i will regret my order and when i went home
My family and I went to this location tonight and left because we drove up and sat there for 20 minutes. No one came to the speaker. We then drove around and back up to the speaker to see if maybe they didn't know we were there the first time, and again we we were greeted with silence and sat there
The staff here is 5 stars, some of the friendliest most helpful fast food employees I have ever met... but their management on the other hand is horrible. I see how hard the staff here works when management does not support them and has them constantly understaffed.

Last week, my wife placed an order online. Upon arrival, they told her they never received it and told her to leave.

Today, I came home to half of our order missing. I guess it’s my own fault for not pulling ever
The females are always unprofessional and have a stank, ghetto attitude. When they're on shift, they always close early and claim they no longer have most of the ingredients. Not to mention, I sit in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes just to receive cold fold or an order with missing items. Extrem
I have worked in restaurants myself so I know how stressful it can be; that said though, lady that took my drive through order had an attitude/rude and it took 7 min wait to get my food. If management can be notified to better the service. Thanks
