This is always a pretty good taco bell. The Service is fast and accurate. The store is clean and nicely decorated. The drive-thru service is quick as well. The parking lot is easy enough to get I'm and out of. You can only enter and exit in one direction, you have to make a turn to head the other direction.

I called asking about my doordash. They said they haven't received it yet. Cool. But a few minutes later they CALL BACK and saying it's ready and a guy is here picking it up. 10/10 the call back means they actually care about their customers

I ordered a burrito supreme with no meat, and they still added meat to my burrito. This establishment wasn't busy at all and my order was still messed up. Fast service, but they lack attention to detail.

Mexican food is simple to prepare and heat. We refuse to wait in a car line wrapped around the building. If business if off this may be one reason why 🌮

Last time in pre COVID-19 the fat manager opened a big mouth to me about a question I had. Hopefully she is no longer there. Some peeps are just not suited for retail management
Maybe y’all can’t figure out the seating. Matters not. No one is doing any kind of distancing anymore now. Most peeps forget to put on a mask

Went through the drive thru today to grab something quick for my 5 year old before her tumble class. All she wanted was a cheese quesadilla.... I asked for one with no sauce... employee repeated the order... and I said again... “no sauce on the quesadilla please“... She said “yes, no sauce”
Handed my daughter her quesadilla.... had sauce on it! Had no time to swing back around to go get it changed. Called the store and asked for the manager who was speaking... he was apologetic but that was it. Told him he needed to train his staff to read the orders! From the other reviews, sounds like this is a problem at this location!

Sad how many times they short your order. When you bring it to their attention, unless you jump through all of their hoops perfectly, you’re left holding the bag. Literally. I guess I see why they short orders so much. It’s much more profitable that way. They must have a quota.
