Undoubtedly the best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to. Normally, (maybe once every year or two) we travel to Palo Alto to Pampas for our major carnivore fix. No need to return now. Food: Phenomenal. Service? Unbelievably phenomenal. Ambiance and setting? Superb. The manager is top notch and will be found on the dining room floor making sure that service levels exceed customer expectations. If you enjoy meat or have yet to have grilled pineapple (unlike any I had ever had before) you absolutely cannot pass up the newest shining star on the Cupertino restaurant scene.
I’ve been to Galpao Gaucho twice so far. Great food and tons of variety. The house special and spicy steak are two of my favorites! Every cut of beef was cooked to a perfect temperature. Their cocktails are great and so is their service. Having been to Pampas, Espetus, Fogo, and Taurinus, I have to say that Galpao is my favorite so far. It’s slightly pricier than other places but definitely worth it! Also worth noting that you can order grilled pineapple, but you’ll need to let a server know and it comes sprinkled with cinnamon. Get the Papaya Cream for desert!
I went for the first time last weekend and the food was amazing and staff is very friendly , for sure recommend to all to try it and I will go back again!
Good service, lot of food. They just come to you and give you food, steak, shrimp, ribs. The salad bar is very nice with lots of choices: cheese, bacon, soup, salami, sausage……it’s like a buffet!
Then the meat come, shrimp, chicken, steak, etc. You don’t know which one to start with!
I love the grilled Pineapple with cinnamon, it’s so good! Smells good, tastes good, looks good! I just can’t stop eating the grilled pineapple!

Definitely come here ready to eat a lot of meat because it's a bit expensive otherwise. Or just come for the experience since the servers are all super nice and charming. The salad bar is expensive and beautifully plated. One of my favorite things here is actually the Brazilian bread and caramelized banana. I kept getting refills of them even though I knew it'd be more worth my money to get more meat... The meats are good too, though a few of them are a bit too salty for my taste. I've so tried the cheesecake and flan desserts which were okay, I liked the flan more than the cheesecake. I also only ordered them because I didn't realize they weren't free haha. They were quite expensive but my fault for not asking.
The picanha (both spicy and regular) was my favorite cut. The meat was good and they kept coming around to offer us more. The only thing is maybe the cuts are too big? I want to eat a lot but my stomach has limited capacity. More uniform cut sized would help me portion how much I want to eat. The plantains were super yummy too. Very nice and sweet.
Who doesn’t love fresh cut meat ? I recently went to Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse @galpaogauchousa in Cupertino and it was amazing! They serve you table side by cutting the mean in front of you. All the meats were well seasoned and scrumptious. I love the baked cheese with hot honey and the grilled pineapples. The salad bar was huge and had so many sides. For dessert, we got passion fruit parfait with chocolate sprinkles.

This was my second visit here celebrating a friend's birthday. Definitely a lively place filled with friendly attentive servers, and plenty of food! This time around I made sure to try all the other special options such as the grilled cheese with honey, warm cinnamon pineapple, a celebratory Casa Azul shot, and dessert. All so beautifully presented and delicious!
Always love Brazilian Steak houses, but the service here was excellent! Asked us multiple times if we wanted a specific selection and they brought it right away. Food was delicious, so definitely recommend if you have a big appetite and like to eat meat!
