I wanted to share with everyone my experience with this particular Togo's. The service is good , but the sandwich is are terrible! My favorite, the hot pastrami is sliced thick, with lots of gristle that you have to pick out. I have tried so many Togo's around the area, and this is the worst one. I
I am old enough to remember when they actually had good California pastrami. Sigh, that was 30 years ago. Tip: don't order the pastrami ... over peppered, often dry/tough/stringy (sometimes even crunchy (shudder)). Other sandwiches are made well, but nothing special.
12 in the afternoon on Friday across the street from a college, the meats got to be nuked no ice tea made, one person working upfront. Absolutely ridiculous. I love Togo's sandwiches but this is the worst one I've ever been into as far as ready to be open for business.
Not very friendly staff! My first time ordering @ Togo's coz I am craving for salad, very abrupt person and never take in a consideration that people are tired from work and a little friendliness and helpfulness would be nice. This will be my last time getting food @ Togo's!!!!!!!!
Bad customer service. Bad food. The sandwich was still cold after toasted.
8:26 on October 26 Togo's was closed. I witnessed the employees open back up for a customer. How much mote kind hearted can Tiffany Truong the general manager be? What a blessing to see kindness still exists in the world. At least in Cupertino.
Togo's sandwiches are the best you can get from any chain in California. I've eaten in many New York delis, and I'd rather have Togo's than most of them.
Their sandwiches are huge and a much better value than their primary chain competition: Subway.
Just spent 20 minutes waiting behind 2 customers. Asked the manager what was going on, she had no answer. Never ordered, went to Panera down the road instead. Shame. Togo’s used to be so good... what happened???
