Got hung up on at 9:00 pm when ordering. Then called back and asked for a discount for being hung up on and got laughed at and then hung up on again. 4/19 is the date it happened. Was on a pap johns ordering streak. Will never order there again until they make it right. Dead serious. East of Chicago on the way right now......

Not a single mask or glove to be found on any employee during covid19 as I picked up my carry-out. Lots of employees outside sharing cigarettes though. I left dismayed at the complete lack of respect for anyone who orders from there. I generally appreciate Papa Johns products but not enough to order from this location again, especially when there are so many high quality local places.

If I could give no stars, I would. I made 17 phone calls to the number listed and was disconnected 17 times. I spoke to 5 different people who are only able to "place new orders". When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one. I NEVER got to speak to someone at this actual sight. This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! UPDATE: I finally got to speak to someone on site and she was delightful and helped solve my issue. Unfortunately, she has no say on how the call center functions.
