Sorry wasn't pleased with my food. The sandwich I ordered seemed like it was under a heat lamp too long. The blizzard was runny. ( when I've gone to another DQ in another state they always tipped the blizzard to show it was fresh.) Not here. My stomach payed for it later.

Customers be warned gotta have a lot of patience and DOUBLE CHECK everything. Nothing is gonna be done about the behavior, so for the customers that use the drive through. If you encounter the hefty blonde with the black teeth make sure your order is right. We were handed the wrong order. Which is fine because mistakes happen, but once we informed her that it was wrong she rolled her eyes the slammed the window. Then proceeded to walk off. Someone else eventually came about 20 minutes later to hand us a simple vanilla sundae, but the attitude wasn’t really needed.

The staff and service here is absolutely horrible!! Very unpleasant and unprofessional stood in the lobby at the counter while they stood in drive through area talking. About five minutes went by and another young lady obviously she worked there and was off yield customers in lobby. Then young lady came took our order but needed a cashier code or number for register. Manager standing in bathroom area yelling to here she couldn't get it to work. Then her manager tried leaning over counter to log on but couldn't. It's was a very unprofessional the entire process. In a empty dairy queen 20 minutes and left because this manager refused to just walk around counter so she can properly control the situation.

My first time eating a dairy queen burger. The bottom bun was mushy and the meat was hard and rubbery. I'm not sure if this is how they come or a fluke. Also, it was scalding hot. I couldn't touch it for several mintues. That was weird. Was it microwaved? I think I will stick with wendy's burgers.

My chicken basket and blizzard were great. I requested my fries be dropped again as they were clearly undercooked. Agent Shaela was very loud, outspoken and yelling at the cooks in the back. She used curse words in her instructions and frequently yelled at Chase.

I order and when i got my order the fries was cold i ask for new fries still gave me 1 order of my frys cold then when i asked about the other fries those was cookng so those came back fresh I ordered a hamburger and tasted like they put it in the microwave long story short didn’t even eat the food ice cream that we order Was great the food no and one of the employees was in front just drinking her drink behind the counter the employees was rudes cause i asked for fresh fries

Spent at least 5-10 minutes trying to explain, one plain burger and another burger with light mustard. Both burgers were the same with extra mustard and all the toppings. While ordering we also had to repeat what we wanted multiple times.

My daughter dropped her dipped cone and they brought her a new one. The staff were so nice and helpful. The food was one of the best Dairy Queen’s I have ever had. Definitely a good place to go for ice cream and lunch.

Made one garbage cake for my son's going away party. Schedules a 1300 pick up, my son shows up at 1330 and the guy hasn't even written on it yet. Then he gets it home to find out that it looks nothing like the picture and the writing was entirely too small leaving a huge gap. Definitely won't be ordering another cake from them. Take some pride in your work.

Brought my girls for a special treat today. Customer Appreciation day! Too bad the service customer service was bad. The cashier was too concerned with hooking up her family with freebies to pay attention to our order. The order was wrong. The girls ice cream that came with their meal was brought out with our food. So much for appreciating your customers.

The crew was as nice as anyone who doesn't want to be at work. The store was dirty. I checked 3 tables and no ketchup. The food was old. I will not go back.

Will not ever go to this location again. Will not accept a coupon from SaveAround app that even says it's good for that location. Told me it has to be printed. Um yea there's 2 coupons I can print or 2 coupons I can use off the app to show the cashier (because I obviously wasn't around a printer) absolutely makes no since because I pay a yearly subscription for these deals that are only for certain places that accept them, which dairy queen is one of them and can't even use them there?? I will be contacting some sort of district supervisor about this issue because it needs to be resolved.
