The staff were kind and well informed, the gentleman at the cash register told me exactly what I wanted to know about the beef. Though high calorie without bread options I was pleased with my first experience.
Everything was good the service was excellent we were exited to try In n out Burgers here in Dallas it exceeded our expectations in addition the staff was friendly the food was hot, loved the fries and the strawberry shakes were great! Had a great experience!
I loved the food here. First time eating here and very friendly staff. We went during lunch time and it was really busy but food came out perfect and hot. The cashier also offered me water since I got a shake. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. I also went to Whataburger for the first time and in comparison In-N-Out was so much better. They hit it out of the park for me!! Bun is toasted, right amount of condiments on the burger, beef was juicy but not greasy, cheese oozing out, and fresh vegetables. Fries were hot and delicious. Repeat customer but sad there isn't one near me.
My wife and I enjoyed are meal and experience! We tried the chocolate shake for the first time and it was amazing!

Crazy busy day after work and in between orthodontist appointment and another mandatory school event - 6:15pm with preteens starving. Decided to go through drive thru. Seriously the most pleasant drive thru experience. The teen at the window joked with my son, then at the next window another teen smiled and politely made conversation between handing me drinks and the food. At a time when everyone is being politically and socially incorrect, it is nice to see fresh faces working and smiling. Even my 11 year old said, “Mom, they were so nice. You could tell they were doing their personal best. You should TripAdvisor them so everyone can go here!” We enjoyed our food, which was accurate and tasty, but can’t believe the nice service.
My future son-in-law took me to In and Out Burger. I don't have one where I live but I love this place. Went there on a Sunday for dinner and place was packed. Ordering is easy, basically 3 combos and you can alter from there. I didn't have a shake with mine but saw a lot of people getting those and enjoying them. Burgers came out hot and fresh, fries too. Lots of pop, lemonade and tea options.
Only issue I had was when our food came out, no where to sit inside or out. Ended up having to take the food to go.
We started going to In-N-Out when we lived in California. Sadly, we don't have them in Florida, so when we travel, we make a bee-line to the nearest one! Dallas has tons of them, much to our dining pleasure! The burgers are delicious, and the fries are made to order. I am on a diet, and ordered a burger in a lettuce wrap! I was so happy to taste that burger goodness! Oh, we love this place! In-N-Out was the first burger fast food ever.....and they are still owned by a great family.

Have to admit that my first experience with In-N-Out was in a couple of years ago in Las Vegas, and I was really excited about trying them (we don't have them in Florida) and did some reading up on their secret menu, so when I went I ordered everything animal style and did not ,enjoy it very much. I knew that I needed to try them again and just get original so I could have the proper food experience and I am very glad that I did. I found it to be a very solid fast food burger and I really liked the fresh toppings. I did not remove the entire slice of onion, wanting to eat it the way it was prepared, but thought to myself that I would not like that much fresh onion, but I did, and it worked with the lettuce, tomato and spread very well. I did not miss the pickle, mayo and mustard that I usually have on my standard burgers.
I almost forgot to mention the fries, and they were good.....maybe just ok, but I think mine were sitting out for a long time, and they were almost cold. Now I have another reason to go back, and that time I will do my best to get freshly cooked fries. What a pity having to return....

The freshest burgers. I always loved the place in LA, so when they opened, I was dying to go. Despite the 45 minutes wait, I waited and loved it.
Now, my neighbor tells me, most people in Dallas don't see these burgers particularly good, but to tell you the truth, the fresh aspect of the burgers do it for me. I prefer to take my kids to in-n-out than McDonald's, anytime.

OMB URGER IT IS HARD TO GET INTO. These folks act like they never been to Whataburger....they are good...they are fresh....fries are not so great...service is fast...clean but really it is not worth the trouble

I visited Texas from Virginia and decided to try the famous In-N-Out.
The service was great they were very nice and the place was really clean.
I bought shirts to take back home for my children. My daughter was sad that she missed it, but before getting to my flight, I stopped and bought some to take home it was a 3 hour flight 😅.
You can never go wrong with animal style fries and burger. Staff always friendly. I would suggest to check out the not so secret menu options.
Second time here but first time trying the animal fries, you have to ask for them because they will not just offer you that choice. Burgers are really good kind of reminds me of Freddy's burgers but better. They stay busy but get you in and out pretty quickly with very good customer service and clean facility.

Another Saturday night on the town and I stopped at In & Out Burger where "excellence" was a sight to behold. Despite the drive-through line wrapping around the corner and a fully packed "dining-in" area, their efficiency was on full display.
Through their observation window (as I pulled up after paying for my meal), I witnessed a virtual assembly-line of burgers being grilled to perfection, each tailored to the customer's unique preferences by a committed staff, who seemed happy in completing their tasks.
I ordered a Double Meat Burger and a Single Burger, both loaded with everything and topped with extra pickles. Not only was my order executed flawlessly, but the window staff also exuded unparalleled courtesy and professionalism as they presented my order to me. This visit reaffirmed why In & Out Burger, in my opinion, continues to reign supreme in the fast-food "burger" arena. A masterclass in burger craftsmanship and customer service!
Very consistent and fast. Only thing I don't like is that if I order any burger they ask if I want the onion. Like bro, did I specify otherwise? Why do I have to be the one to take the extra step of saying I want the onion when your menu clearly shows it comes with an onion because Karen the grown woman with the dietary preferences of a five year old complained about the onion?

Probably one of the best cheeseburgers in town. Thanks to a friend, who introduced me to In-N-Out. I always order cheeseburger with grilled onions. Don’t forget to ask for pickled chilies and spread on the side. They’re the star of the meal.
In-N-Out has always been a favorite spot for me. Customer service was amazing and so was the atmosphere. The burger came out well, the only complaint I had was over the fries. For those of you that eat the animal style fries, the cheese could have been melted. Seemed as if it had sat in the cold for it to congeal but apart from that the meal was great!

07/18/21: I haven’t been to In-N-Out Burger in years. When I would visit family growing up, my siblings and I tried to go to In-N-out every time. This place is more nostalgic to me than anything else. I would also get a cheeseburger animal style with no tomatoes. It was alright. Nothing spectacular. I don’t care for the fries that much. Yes, they’re fresh, but that’s about it. Service was fast and friendly.
One of the best In-N-Out Burgers in Dallas! Never had a problem here. Always quick friendly customer service and always an excellently made burger, and fries, to curb the appetite.
It's been 18 years since the last time I had In-n-out. I was in Dallas and took the opportunity to go again. Totally loved it, particularly the animal fries! Everything was great.
