This little hole in the wall turned out to be the best! The food was delicious the beans mouth watering and the menu doesn't specify but for$8.00 you get a burrito with rice and beans and the portion was more than I expected. Great service!! Will be going back for more

This is my favorite restaurant. I’ve eaten so many different things off the menu. This day was the fajita tacos a la mexicana. Perfectly made with three corn tacos and rice and beans.

The food was delicious and the service was fast. Great place to eat I will definitely go back to eat there again 👍
Love Ojedas can never go wrong from having breakfast just because to having a birthday dinner party. Everything is always delicious
Staff is always great with friendly smiles.
This is a real good restaurant to go to for great Mexican food. The staff is super friendly and give great customer service. They get really busy on the weekends and evenings so get there early or call and make a reservation.
We had great service, excellent food ( I enjoyed chicken mole) and.... happy hour margaritas were tasty and definitely had a punch. Most house margs are bitter and weaker than expected in most restaurants we go to. Quit purchasing them. We would go again.
Always a good time from the atmosphere to the food to your delicious margaritas. No other place like it.

Delicious tortilla’s! Loved the chimichanga. Guacamole & Queso were amazing. Salsa was super hot but they have a milder version you can ask for. Also, my margarita was GREAT!
With foodies pursuing he latest “interior”, coastal or Mayan influenced Mexican cuisine, sometimes you need an old school TexMex meal. Ojeda’s on Maple started in 1960 by Ben and Cecilia Ojeda. He was a cook in WW II and then worked as cook in restaurants across Dallas. Still family run.
Nothing is too spicy hot. Salsa is a mild and a bit sweet but tasty. Chips are light and refilled promptly. Taco meat seasoned for the true flavors you expect. Tortilla soup is a light broth. It was decorated for Christmas.
Overall food was good. My only complaint is that I would have like the tortillas cooked a little more. Service was great and food was hot. The parking area was clean as well as our seating area. Prices are fair for area. Definitely would recommend.
Had a great lunch here today! Everything was fresh and the waitress, Angie, was so sweet and informative. She recommended dishes for us that did not fail!
I do not eat meat and so I had the mushroom enchiladas with the sour cream sauce and boiled beans. They were fantastic! Along with the chips and guacamole; it was everything we expected and more!
3 meals, beef queso, and 2 rounds of guac; came out to $70 ~ totally worth it!
Delicious Mexican food and our server was great and fast. Highly recommend the chips and queso. It's an award-winning restaurant for a reason.
While visiting family in Dallas, she brought us here. The overall service was quick and our waiter was good. Didn’t have to wait long at all to get a table. Hubby ordered the Chicken fajita Chimichanga w/queso, but said the queso was to thick in layer and probably should have ordered the chili con carne sauce. I ordered the Beef Chili Relleno w/chili con carne sauce. It was ok, but the beef lacked flavor. I also ordered a Presidente Margarita on the rocks and it was very strong. Not sweet at all. I think I was to buzzed before I was halfway drinking it. Their chips and salsa were good. The overall ambiance is really nice, clean and festive.
Came here for the first time for a work related lunch on a Wednesday around 11:15 AM. Our group had 10 people. They did not put the tables together, so we sat across two tables. It seems like this is a very popular place for work lunches. It was quite crowded, and there were many people in work uniforms with badges.
They did have a separate salsa dish for each person, so I really liked that. The chips were on the slightly thicker side. Their salsa had a bit of a kick to it.
The waitress didn’t remember who got what despite taking our orders in a counter clockwise order across the two tables. No one got anything special added to their order so everything was correct to order.
The food was good. They were able to do a combination spinach, and mushroom quesadilla. The spinach was a tad overcooked, but the mushrooms were fine. There was plenty of cheese, topped onto the quesadilla, and a very healthy sized scoop of guacamole.
Overall, I think they did a great job for a large group. The food wasn’t amazing, but I thought it was better than average. I would recommend this place for work meals, and I would go back here again on my own.
O. M. G. The swirls!! — and if you are a true Texan, you’ll know what I’m taking about! (Frozen margarita with sangria swirl + salt rim is the best!) Hands down, the best in Dallas! And the food, service and festive atmosphere are great too!
Have dined here many times over the last 20+ years. It is a true, local, hole in the wall restaurant with authentic Tex-Mex dishes. Family-owned; friendly and long-time, dedicated staff who always make you feel at home.
Great for casual lunch/dinners or special occasions or group dinners or even catering! Have shared many special occasion/large group dinners here with ease. Plus, our catering experience included delivery of favorite menu items in warming trays with chips and salsa, queso and quac, along with a frozen margarita machine and our favorite server, Jairo. :) the party was a hit thanks to #ojedas and Jairo!
All meals are great! From guiso de res to fajitas to enchiladas and chalupas and tacos and more! Chips and salsa are some or the best ever. Perfect spice (too much for non-Texans!). Visited recently on a Thursday right before lunch crowd (video) and it was another great experience.
Highly recommend if you are in the mood for excellent Tex-Mex food in Dallas.
I’m from out of town and joined two local friends for dinner. What a delight. The hosts were warm and friendly, the server was well trained, attentive, and courteous.
Excellent salsa. Not too hot, and not bland. Food was hot, fresh, tasty, and in good portions.
Restroom was very clean and fresh. Thank you. When I return to Dallas I’ll be back.
Very good food and excellent service, but it absolutely tore my stomach up!! I will say that the other members of my party did not have that issue, but the Stuffed pepper just did not get along with me!
We weren't sure what we wanted for dinner, but settled on Ojeda's , and we're glad we did! The food, service, and atmosphere was great here. Service was really fast, despite being super busy, and the food tasted very fresh and was cooked to perfection.
Typically, when we go to a place for Mexican or Tex-Mex food, we leave feeling bloated or just overstuffed, but despite the hearty portions we ate here, including a lot of their delicious chips and salsa, we still left feeling satisfied and not overstuffed or bloated.
I highly recommend this place to anyone. They also had several vegetarian options on their menu.
