Great food, great brews on tap and good atmosphere, I like the servers and the gent, how they really do provide don't to earth service, the underground is cool too

We stopped in on a Monday evening! Even at that time the place was hopping! My husband got margaritas and I had a moscow mule. They were both very good. The food was awesome as well! We will definitely be going back!

First time going and Jacquline was the best hands down. My daughter wanted pink lemonade and they don’t carry it , so she went back and made her a strawberry lemonade. At the end of our meal she brought her a birthday ice cream sundae �!
Friendly staff. I did the walking ghost pub tour which was a lot of fun and worth going to. Mercedes was a great guide
SUPER good chicken wings!!! If you don’t like spicy, then don’t get the buffalo ones. Great flavor, but pretty spicy. Their fried pickles and sweet potato fries are top notch too! We went there to lunch two days in a row while in town and had great service both days. Definitely would highly recommend this place!
Food was good - sports bar downtown with tvs everywhere you look. We watched the Dallas Cowboys football game and the whole place was going nuts
Another dive in from the sweltering heat, My Cadillac margaritas were great and my wife's wine worked just fine. Lucked out and was able to participate in a vendor tequila tasting. A fun bonus!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Frankie’s and I must say, the service provided by Kym was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome.
Throughout the entire meal, she was attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer any questions we had about the different dishes. Her recommendations were spot on and we were not disappointed with our choices. The food was simply amazing. Can’t wait to go back and have some

I’m a chef and I always look for dining establishments that provide good food and service.
Kym was always one step ahead, refilling our drinks before they were empty and clearing away empty plates promptly. It was clear that she took pride in her work and genuinely cared about providing a great dining experience for her customers.
Not only was she efficient and attentive, but she also had a friendly and personable demeanor. She engaged in pleasant conversation with us, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table to serve. Her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for her job were contagious and added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere of the restaurant.
Overall, the service provided by this waitress was exceptional. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for her customers truly set her apart. I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant and experiencing the great service for yourself.
Great food!! Pizza was impressive. We tried 3 different pies. So good. We stopped in after playing a concert in town. If I'm ever back in Dallas, I'm going out of my way to come in. Especially for that sweet and spicy pizza...can't remember the exact name, and margarita pizza. Thanks guys!
The service here was definitely good. Chris was our server and made sure our drinks were never empty and kept us updated with the progress of our food. The jalapeño poppers were amazing (and huge)! I had the Buffalo chicken pizza. I suggest you getting it well done unless you like floppy pizza. The flavor was lacking on the pizza but I'm from Chicago so I'm biased. Our server brought us each a cookie and it was freaking great. Very chill environment. Definitely didn't feel rushed. If I ever come back to Dallas I will certainly return here!

Good beer and a diverse selection of food in a well organized atmosphere with lots of screens to watch. Our waiter Jay, was fun to talk to and he made some great suggestions. I recommend giving this place a try.
Dropped in in the afternoon, nice place, chicken wings unreal , cocktails good too , staff very friendly, would go back again!
We had the pleasure of having Britlany as our waitress. She was very officiant with everything. She has an awesome personality. She had great recommendations & the food was delicious. Over all had a good experience at Frankie’s. I will be returning.

Service was great. This place has an excellent vibe. I would definitely come back for a game. There are tvs everywhere. Food was ok. Not to many vegan options. We got the spinach and artichoke dip.
Highly recommend Frankie's. The food was fantastic and the service was just as great. I recommend their wings to start and the 3 little pigs as your entree. DELICIOUS!
First time trying this place and it was such a cool little spot. We loved the dim ambience and music they had playing. We had the build your own pizza, cesar salads and queso. Everything was fresh and delicious. We tried 6 cocktails total and they were all pretty great. Super quick service too. Nothing bad to say at all. We definitely plan to come back to try other food!

Hospitality was fair, started off really well and as it got busier, our server seemed to get annoyed and frustrated.
But forget all that and let's talk about why we are really here!! The wings were so good! Gochujang and Honey was the flavor I went for and it did not disappoint. Then for my main course, I changed it up and did a pizza and wow! Pulled Pork mozzarella and parm chz, spinach hot honey and I crumbled some bacon on it just because!
The dough was lite and cooked oh so well the flavors of everything popped out with the pizza being so lite. Try it!!! LoneStar Heat!
We visited Frankie's late on a Sunday night. We were so hungry and most places were closed so we ended up at Frankie's by default. I'm so glad we did! Our server was so kind and authentic (wish I could remember her name) and the atmosphere was classy but fun. I got the Lonestar Heat pizza and I am not exaggerating when I say it is, by far, my favorite pizza I've ever had (and I've had a lot of pizzas). I want to go back to Dallas just to eat at Frankie's!
Just the best boneless wings I’ve ever had and they load you up ! So much chicken for the price.
Oh and the cookies are insane if you like warm chocolate chip cookies !!

Nice place and music. Went on a Tuesday with 3 friends. The drinks were good. However the margarita 3 of us had was sweet. Good but little on the sweet side. The have stairs to the underground seating and food area. Which also plays different music then upstairs. I had the ahi tuna nachos. They whe delicious with a good touch of spice. Do keep in mind they are NOT the loaded and layered kind of nachos you may think. They look classy and expensive and only come with like 6 on the plate for $11. They have a all day Tuesday happy hour which included the $6 sweet margarita. Would go back if I'm in the area and have free time.
Second time here, I didn’t care for the fried pickles before so this time I ordered the pepper jack cheese sticks. They were amazing! I also had the champagne punch it was made perfectly. Service was quick, no long wait & clean bathrooms.
