Staff was nice and positive. There was a rush of people from a couple of different events in the hotel slamming the grill/bar area at the same time.
I enjoyed it there and would go back next time I'm in the building.
Great!. I am fortunate to stay at the Anatole to attend market. Flew in last Wednesday just in time for lunch at the Media Grill & Bar. I had a wonderful chopped salad with chicken that kept me some what on my diet. I am not a salad lover but this was the best salad I've ever enjoyed. Service was very good. I'll be back soon and hopefully my flight will get me in Dallas at noon and I can again enjoy the salad.
Was a great place to eat. Great good and service. Loved the atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone.
Rockin' the House - Dallas Style. Was fortunate enough to spend a few nights enjoying the the fantastic Media Grill + Bar when I was last in in Dallas the at the Hilton Anatole! This great multi use space has amazing screens all over the place and a wicked cool touch sensitive bar area!!! Combinded with a zillion watts of music excitement, creative drinks with smiles behind the bar and suprisingly diverse (and tasty!!) menu options, this is definately THE place to hang when in the area!!
Media Grill and Bar was pretty DECENT.
The food was pretty good.
I believe my wife's chicken / pasta dish was one of the best dishes I've had in quite a while. My fish tacos were just OKAY.
Really, they were just ehh.
I wish I ordered what my wife ordered.
Our waitress was pretty good too. Very attentive and did an ok job.
Everything here was not priced right and just a little above what it should be. Just solely due to being in the Hilton. Everything was overpriced.
I'd go back here if I ever have to stay at this Hilton...

I had three meals here while staying at the hotel and all were terrific. The absolute best was the hanger steak, but the brisket and the chicken sandwich were great too… well made and full of great flavors. Yes, they are high priced, the only negative IMO. It is prepared after you order, so you will wait, but the wait was worth the good food.
The Media Grill + Bar located inside the Hilton Anatole in Dallas is a fun place to be with friens and coworkers for a bite to eat, drinks and watching the game. We got the smoked wings and loaded fries with burnt ends! So freaking good! The southwest salad with bbq chicken was ok.
The atmosphere appeared to be great with my choice of music playing, perfect lighting and the ability to see the hotel's beauty from your seat. The bartenders were amazing, but the drinks were not very tasteful (in my opinion). There were signs all over advertising some salted honey drink, but it tasted like copper (a shiny penny rather). The fries were good and very filling. My takeaway are the drinks and cleanliness of the glassware.
Nov 5, 2023: I sat at the bar as I was by myself. Sheila assisted me and she was knowledgeable and fun and made those around her laugh.
Food was good,I had the Anatole Burger.
Would I go back, yes I would!
The brisket & potato soup, while spicy, was delicious. Our waiter was kind and never let my water glass go empty. The only issue I had was the location. The table we were at was set up in the traffic area of the hotel, and it was rather loud for conversation. But if you like people watching, it's perfect.
Lovely spot conveniently located at the Hilton Anatole.
Food is great and well portioned. Pretty good scenery right outside as well. Also, they are open pretty late for those with late night munchies.
Had my birthday party here some years ago. Food and atmosphere is always nice.
This place is inside Hilton Anatole hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how fresh the food was not to mention how flavorful. Really good drinks from the bar. Well definitely visit again. Ramon was an amazing waiter.
The media burger here is REALLY good. I'd stay away from that spicy chicken. It's hot but bearable, it just doesn't taste like anything. The lime tortilla soup was good thou. Nice staff... I don't mind it.
