A small ice cream shop in Dallas with a signature Dr Peppers flavour. The Butter Pecan and Heath Lover flavours I had were awesome.
Come in for sweet treat and realize that you helped a person! I'm at the owner a little while back. Immediately I was impressed by the mission. Best of all the Dr pepper chocolate chip is amazingly good! So if you want to sweet treat and you want to help someone, come by howdy homemade ice cream.
The ice cream is as good as any specialty ice cream shop in the area, but it goes to an even better cause: Helping our neurodivergent friends become independent and make a living wage. We always love coming here!!!
Cute ice cream shop with lots of handmade flavors. The chocolate and peanut butter was real good. Service was pleasant. The only thing was the shop smelled like cleaning solution. But that's better than other offensive smells. Ha!
I did find this place to be welcoming and in a cool shopping strip.
It is great ice cream with a wonderful flavor. As somebody else mentioned it does seem to melt fast though not sure why that would be. This is one of the best since Harry's Frozen Custard closed down. Wish somebody would bring Harry's back
Great little ice cream spot! The workers were so friendly and made great conversation. They were very patient as we tried different flavors. I got the cold brew & cookies which was a nice mild coffee flavor with Oreos, and my fiancé got the cinnamon roll flavor. Solid ice cream with fun flavors!
Me and my boyfriend was eating nearby and I found this place for dessert and I am so happy we came by! The ice cream was delicious and customer service was off the chain!
Absolutely a wonderful place! Andy was so kind and very helpful! The Hot Tamales flavor was so good but I had to settle for the Birthday Cake today! Does not taste like your typical Birthday Cake, it is a perfect blend of actual cake and ice cream without the synthetic flavor!!! LOVED IT. The whole
The best ice creams in the Dallas area!!! My husband and I enjoy them so much! They’re not too sweet, they taste homemade and like they were made with love.
They have a beautiful social cause supporting people with special needs.
This ice cream place is so cute! I basically tried all the flavors and all of them taste great. I ended up getting 2 scoops with candy cane and peanut butter chocolate. The peanut butter chocolate had Reese peanut butter cups and nutter butter cookies instead. The ice cream was super creamy and smoo
Amazingly delicious hand crafted ice cream store that employee mentally challenged people that provided great service. Highly recommend anyone to try it.
I always wanted to visit, especially after the ABC report. First off giving back to the community and to what this Ice Cream shop represents, was a no brainier for me. As a mother of two kids that are mildly autistic, I brought my kids here to show them what "disability does not mean inability", mea
I went there as Field Trip a long time ago, so many flavors we tasted Carrot Cake Ice Cream, Cookie Monster Ice Cream, and more, and we appreciate Howdy Homemade Ice Cream Shoppe so more.🙂🍨😋😀
Great homemade ice cream! Very friendly and generous scoop sizes. I think the best part were their unique flavors.
We tried the carrot cake, Dr. Pepper chocolate chip, banana chocolate, and Cookie monster. All of them were awesome! You can actually taste real flavors and not just pure sugar and art
The avocado ice cream was great! It is nice that they hire special needs people to work here. They were telling us how at home they feel while working here. One fella even showed my kids some yo-yo tricks that they loved. If they're in a chatty mood you might not get out quickly, but that's part of
Great ice cream and I appreciate them hiring special-needs folks! Wonderful for any special event!
Amazing company! Their ice cream is delicious and fresh. I love the company values in providing jobs for people with disabilities - beautiful to see! We appreciated their kind customer service on 5/13/23 in providing ice cream pints to take to go. Thank you & May your business continue to flourish!
Pricey. Nice verity of flavors. 1 scoop or 2, thats it. Its just ice cream. $4 a scoop. Probably wouldn’t go back. Plenty of other options in the area.
