I recently dined at this southern restaurant and was absolutely blown away by the mouthwatering pork chop they serve. The flavor and tenderness of the pork chop were simply outstanding, making it a must-try for anyone visiting. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Jarrod, our server. He was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I can't wait to return for another delightful meal served with a side of Jarrod's warm and welcoming hospitality.

Our server Eric was excellent. My friends and I visited Billy Can Can for the first time during restaurant week 2023. Eric provided excellent choices from start to finish including main course, dessert and drinks. Rock Fish and Pork Chops are excellent. We're looking forward to our next return visit.

Just wanted to give you the lowdown on Billy Can Can in Victoria Park Dallas. So, I swung by the other night and had a few drinks at the bar. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed. The atmosphere was on point, with a cool old-school vibe and a killer playlist. The bartenders knew their stuff and whipped up some seriously tasty cocktails. And let me tell you, the drinks were strong in all the right ways. Overall, I'd definitely give Billy Can Can a thumbs up. It's a spot worth checking out if you're in the area and looking for a good time.

20/10! Seriously the best service and food I’ve ever experienced. Server was named Jared, and if you request him you will not be disappointed. Herman, the manager on duty, got us set up earlier than our reservation (just prior to open) and made sure the occasion was amazing as well. Make sure to buy the kitchen and waitstaff a round of drinks on your way out. I can’t understate the fact that this was the best dining experience I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of in DFW.

Everything was excellent. The dueling sausages, the pasta (see picture, not sure which it was based on website menu), the pork chop… but I need to ESPECIALLY call out the cornbread, served in a skillet with honey butter, and the wagyu steak. You can’t go wrong with either! If you order one, go ahead and order a second. The chocolate pudding cake wasn’t bad either, but skip the raspberry ice cream on the side.

Brilliant rendition of a neighborhood gastropub that stands above the rest in Victory Park. The space pairs a large, lively bar that turns out some truly inventive and tasty cocktails with a dark, intimate adjoining dining room where you can sample modern versions of rustic pub classics. Servers are extremely knowledgeable and aim to make sure everyone has a good time. This is my top pick for a pre-game/concert meal or cocktail.

My wife and I went on a suggestion from a few friends and this quickly became one of our favorite dining experiences. This place has some amazing decor and it reminds me of a saloon. We ordered the deviled eggs, shrimp ceviche, pork chop, Brussels sprouts, fresh catch, and the banana pudding. All of the dishes were great and we enjoyed it. The cocktails were also delicious and we loved the gimlet and three star general. The service was quick and attentive, the food was delicious, and it made for a memorable night. Kudos to the chef and the team for a great evening!

Excellent food and service, very nice atmosphere. The octopus was so tender, butchers cut steak was perfectly cooked and tender, pork chop was delicious and the Brussels sprouts were some of the best I have had.

Perfection! They are real professionals, our server being so gracious was a big part of it, then the style and ambiance of the place, the attention to details is remarquable, and then the food is prepared in a very attentive way! Balances flavours and not overdone with fat and salt. I mean even the fries were perfectly selected i think! Bravo!!

Lovely atmosphere, great tasty food and very knowledgeable service. Our waitress was so patient and attentive with our large group and did a fantastic job throughout the evening. Our table was at the back of the restaurant in a more intimate dining room, which I would I recommend.

The ambience here is quite nice. Decor outside and in are immaculate. The food, particularly their fish sammy and their steak choices are exquisite. The service is impeccable. I like coming here before a nice fat Mavs game or a concierto at the house of blues. Highly recommend if you Can Can go to Billy you Should Should.

one of the best dinners I've had in the Dallas area! We went on Valentine's Day so it was a bit busy but overall it was a wonderful time. We got there early and got a drink at the bar - the Cococabana and Old Fashioned. You can either be sat in the main dining area or in the backroom (which I preferred). It was less noisy and more of a cozy feel. Our waiter was amazing and knowledgeable about pairings and suggestions on the menu. They had a special Valentine's Day menu prepared with chef/restaurant special selections. We started with the assorted deviled eggs which came with blue crab, candied bacon, crispy country ham, pickled okra, pickled shrimp, and smoked paprika. For my meal, I got the Wagyu Steak Au Poivre - 8 oz. peppercorn crusted rosewood ranch platinum flat iron, broccoli rabe, au Poivre. Probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. Additionally, we got a side of the cast-iron cornbread - it was a little dry so I probably wouldn't order it again but overall pretty tasty! My only complaint is that our waiter went missing for 30 minutes (conveniently when we needed to get the check) which was annoying because we were heading to a concert afterward and were already late.

Great fun place to visit. Billy Can Can has a great atmosphere and offers good food. The restaurant is large and can feel busy at times. We came here on our date night and had fun, seems like a really good place to hang out with friends as well. Food was really goof but heavy. We probably ordered one dish far too many. Everything was really good. Service was good, nothing spectacular. Great place to visit in the Victory Park neighborhood!

Went here for dinner before a show. The atmosphere is nice. Service was great. They had a nice selection of cocktails. The cornbread and caesar salads are winners. I very much enjoyed the assorted deviled eggs. They were all good. I ordered the Jägerschnitzel and my companion ordered the Butchter's Steak Frites. While both looked good, honsetly the Schnitzel and spätzle were a bit disappointing and I ended up picking more off my companion's plate than mine. Both the steak and the fries were spot on though, so overall it was good, I just cannot recommend the Jägerschnitzel.

It’s a nice restaurant that balances a casual after work hangout and more celebratory. The actual entrees were just ok but the appetizers and sides were all good. For appetizers and sides we had the oyster sliders, Brussels sprouts, and garlic french fries (came with the billy burger). The fries were perfectly fried, so good! We were also recommended the elotes ravioli as an appetizer which was surprisingly not too heavy and the perfect amount for two people. For our entrees, we had the Billy Burger and the Red Snapper. The Red Snapper was too fishy and salty and I couldn’t appreciate the combo of cooked grapes with my meal. My boyfriend enjoyed the burger but felt that the bacon in it distracted from the perfect cook on the meat. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly! We also got drinks at the bar before being seated and enjoyed old fashions with bourbon. Overall, I would recommend it for drinks and appetizers but maybe not for a full dinner meal.

What a pleasant surprise! This place is casual cool. With an amazing bar...but the food was the highlight! Our server Erick was outstanding. Highlights: Whipped Ricotta appetizer, the Pork Chop was excellent and be sure to order the cornbread! Get the cornbread even if you usually don't care for cornbread, it is superb! Also for dessert the Panna Cotta was excellent!
