My 2nd best place to get ice cream in Dallas. Fantastic place to get ice cream and ice cream shakes. The place is clean, staff are professional, polite and have a lot of patience in allowing you plenty of samples, as their flavors are unique. Would I go back - yes. Is there seating - yes. Clean - ye
Gelato was really yummy, I had the Coconut & Pistachio flavors. It was light and yummy. Decor was also nice especially the spoon chandelier. I would visit again whenever I find myself in Dallas.
This is my dessert spot in West Village. I highly recommend this spot if you have a sweet tooth or want to try good gelato. Spacing may be limited because it can get packed. You won’t be disappointed.
This place never disappoints! There was a great variety of flavors and dairy free options.
Update: The ice cream was great and delicious. If you can afford it definitely check out this ice cream place!!

Place is clean, friendly service. Gelato was very good, slightly overpriced, had coffee and turtle flavors. They offer free samples to help you choose, can add several flavors to one serving. Have small selection on dairy free.
I tried the Mediterranean Salted Caramel Gelato and was very good. They also sell coffee. This specific location was a little small on the inside but it's understandable as the area is very cramped, and is all about space saving. Delivered exactly what advertised with reasonable prices.
Great gelato! They also let you get 4 flavors in a cup for no extra charge. It’s all recently priced as well and in an ideal location. Will be back soon!
The gelato here is amazing. 4 flavors in a $4 cup. How can you beat that!!! Many flavors from which to choose, fast friendly service. Parking is tight so be ready to walk less than 1/4 mile.
I’ve always loved this place but today I got the best costumer service ever! Robbie helped me and was so happy and fun and engaging and made me want to come back and bring friends too. Great experience! Great service! Great gelato! Amazing loved her!
Having lived in Italy for six months, I know good gelato when I taste it. This place is incredible! While visiting Dallas, my daughter and I stopped in while we were shopping. The gelato was so good we went back the next day and had it for breakfast. Highly recommend!! Wish they had a location in Me
First time visiting, and it was delicious! I got a scoop of coconut gelato, and my daughter got the "paciunicorn" special - wedding cake with sprinkles and a small sugar coated waffle cone.
It is a little expensive for the amount you get but still really good gelato. They do give samples if you're not sure what to choose. I liked the turtle cheesecake and coffee flavored gelato. Service was good and place was clean.

Every time I have been here the gelato, service, and atmosphere have been awesome. This pacuigo also give you more bang for your buck. Other pucuigos I have been to only let you choose a maximum of two different flavors with a small order, this one lets you chose three! Love it.
Outstanding gelato! All made onsite and kept fresh and served at the right temperature (not frozen or icy). Flavors are bold and there is a nice vibe outside to sit, enjoy and people watch.
