I love the location of this Chipotle location! The food here is wonderful as always to be expected. There's a DART station close by so getting in and out is easy. During lunch the staff are respectful of your time will get you through the line fast!

My personal favorite Chipotle location even though it's out of my way. The staff is friendly, it's relatively clean, given its location (downtown) and the food is always fresh and tasty. My only complaint is that there is no restroom. There is a restroom but it's down in the basement and requires a code, so not exactly safe to go there.
This is the best Chipotle anywhere, bar none. They're fast, but they're also extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Management at this location is exceptional.
I have celiac disease and the staff here will wash their hands and change their gloves as they seem me in the line, so as to avoid gluten contamination. I'm totally confident (and have seen) that they are extra careful with my order.
The location right next to West End station is very convenient and the outside seating is wonderful on a nice day. Staff is really nice and it's never too busy in there. It's one of the less crowded locations with the advantage of lots of seating and proximity to downtown attractions. I always go here for a quick bowl or burrito.
Nice downtown Chipotle. Went on a Saturday afternoon. No wait. Easy seating. Good experience. The only drawback is that it sits near a DART station that draws homeless folks. Might have been a shelter nearby.
Amanda, Manager at the West End Downtown Dallas location is so awesome and always acknowledges whenever I come here to eat. She also such a great crew who work well together and treat customers with the utmost respect. I also not only come here to get my grub on with my Veggie Bowl but also to get my groove on with the fantastic electrifying music that comes from the speakers.
This Chipotle gets heavy traffic during the lunch hour. They are staffed well and you get your burrito fix with enough time to enjoy before heading back to the office. If you've had Chipotle you know what to expect on the food side.
Fast, fresh, healthy and delicious. The meal is prepared right in front of you in under a minute. All items other than the flour tortillas are gluten-free - though there is some potential for cross-contamination. For celiacs, let the manager know and he will look after you.
Great food, great location, good service, nice ambiance. This location is an easy ten minute walk from the convention center and a much better value than just about any other restaurants in the area (aside from a few fast food joints down the street). No complaints whatsoever.
Hands down the best Chipotle I've ever eaten at. Very busy during lunch but it moves pretty quick. Food is always good. Folks are always nice and polite.
DUB meat for no extra charge?? This Chipotle is MY JAM baby! I'll be back tomorrow, the next day, the next day and the day after that. Corporate should take notice of this location. When customers get what they want, they keep coming back. Don't look at the bottom line when it comes to food portions and you'll notice that you make up for those margins in volume of return clients. You're welcome, the next bit of advice will cost you.
We used to visit here all the time. The staff knew who we were. But they have recently gotten new staff. The restaurant is usually pretty clean. The food is also hot and they have great attitudes.
Easily my favorite Chipotle the ingredients and the employees are always top notch. This is the most consistent Chipotle and the long lines during peak lunch hours actually moves quickly.
Dont be alarmed by panhandlers in the areas adjacent the building.

Strategically placed Chipotle in the historic West End district of Dallas. Great for tourists and their hungry kids. Standard Chipotle price, so no downtown upcharge. Great staff, clean and spacious.
Fast service even during lunch hour.
Food as always taste great.
I do believe that the chips have too much salt. But that's every Chipotle.
