The waitress was super nice and very helpful. I cant remember her name but she waited on our table between 5:00pm- 6:00pm Sat. In comparison to the Dave and Busters that my husband and I visited in Houston, Tx, The Dallas location near Parkland & 75 South is spacious, organized, and the atmosphere has an upscale feel. The food was great and over exceeded my expectations. The presentation of the food on the plate was nice, and the alcoholic beverage I ordered was good. I even have to say the restroom was clean. All in all, I can not wait for my second visit�
We had the best service! We hadn’t been to a Dave and Busters, so I asked the employee what she recommended. She gave us some pro tips and was super sweet. Our bartender (Samantha) was absolutely a doll- prompt, easy going, and very good. The food was note worthy and a manager even asked how we were. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We had a great time this weekend. Thank you Michelle (up front) for all your help and a huge shout out to Dana (our waitress) for meeting all our demands. Highly recommend!
We ordered a cheeseburger, half a rack of ribs and a large plate of nachos! We're pleasantly surprised how our orders were presented! Truly enjoyed the excellently prepared dishes!
We’ve had our staff party at D&B’s the last 2 years. Staff and management were courteous and efficient both years and the games are a blast. Loved the new bowling game back by the hoops.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but not to busy. Service was really slow. Food was delicious. We didn't like kids running wild in the game area. Especially when there are families there with younger children. Prizes are ridiculously priced. For the tiniest toy, a child had to dish out 75 tickets, that's like charging $8 for a toy from the dollar store. Lower the tickets needed for those tiny toys .... Give a child a chance to get something without spending a fortune.
As always, this place is amazing ! We had so much fun here and will definitely be back! We had drinks and played many games! The drinks were great and the bartenders are entertaining. The games are always fun. We love that now you can use your phone as the card to play games. That feature definitely makes the experience more easier. Will definitely be back soon! Also, love the challenges on app too !
First time coming here with the family and I had fun we ate before we came so that way we could just go straight to playing games and my experience was great the customer service and also the games they have are for any and everyone to have fun also if you want to take the kids here they will have a bunch of fun they also have a bar area and food you can order other than that your kids will love this place

gentleman smiling from ear to ear. He was so friendly!!!! This was our first time at Dave & Buster's, so we didn't really know how to navigate through this place, but that was no problem for Mr. Richard he helped us navigate our pathway to fun. We really appreciated him being there. Once we got our card, we walked around, and the fun began. We played so many fun games that we felt like kids again. We also had the pleasure of meeting the store director, Forbes.Thank you, Daves, and Buster's for making our date night fun and exciting 😀!!!!!

Had a blast at D & B. Hadn't been in 15 years. The place was super clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The cost of everything was a great value. Unfortunately I lost my wallet while playing. All hope was lost and I headed back to Shreveport. Someone did eventually turn it in to Asst. Mgr. Eddie. He did some detective work to locate my employer and through them, me. He took my wallet and personally shipped it back to me the next day. Really went out of his way to help me and was a real lifesaver. In a time when service is lacking, everyone there, especially Eddie went above and beyond so I wanted to take a moment to document that in this review!
We've never had a problem. Food has always been great and so has the service. Most of the employees are young, but they are very respectful and helpful. I've been to a location where the younger employees did not care and you could tell. My kiddos love the prize options. Very up to date. The littles can't wait to come back. Burgers are good, wings are good. Kids love their pizza and tenders! Didn't drink this time, but many people had really good looking drinks in hand.
Food was delicious, our waitress whom I forget her name at this time, was an amazing quick acting patient and overall excellent waitress. She did amazing from taking our orders to ensuring we were good to refilling glasses before they reach the bottom. Was not expecting that quality of service from a sports/games place but was happily stunned, me and my wife will be returning!
We come here all the time on Wednesdays for half price game night. We always have absolute blast.
This time around, our food order was messed up a bit, but between the service from the server and the manager, they took care of us at every turn, so it didn't even bother us at all. The drinks were excellent, and my ribeye was shockingly good for a restaurant, as was my wife's burger. The pretzel sticks and the pot stickers were also excellent appetizers. Great food, great fun, as always
We had a great time with the Lil. The food, and drinks were good. They also have a variety of games on sight.
I really enjoyed playing Centipede Chaos, it's a bit different from the original. The large Hungry Hippo was out of order, so we'll have to come back. The staff was courteous and polite. They were not too busy when we went. Family friendly atmosphere with adult activities as well. They also have several party rooms to book for private events.
