We had a great time eating here on a late Saturday night. The beer menu and late night drinks are diverse and modestly priced. The food was amazing and well seasoned. We could have picked one of each if we had the time. We will be back.
The bacon wrapped meatloaf was tender, moist and paired well with the onion crisps. Dim and relaxed ambiance with a decorative wine cork overhead lighting. Spacious yet romantic seating. Service was excellent. The waiter was efficient and had great time management.
This place is awesome. Rustic themed restaurant and bar. Great variety of spirits and mixed drinks. Large selection of wines from value wines to premier varietals. We only had appetizers and some amazing bread pudding. Services was best in class.
Really enjoyed my night out at Republic Tavern. I have to say hands down one of the best service I have reciprocated in awhile. Kayla helped recommend my meal for the evening. The sea bass that she recommended was cooked to perfection. Fish was flaky, hot, and delicious. It was a great pairing for our drinks for the evening as well. Overall the atmosphere was good but Kayla’s friendly smile and attentiveness really made the visit worth while. Will definitely be stopping in more in the future.
These are the best ribs I've had! The staff was equally amazing and kind. I'd definitely come back!
Great atmosphere, very friendly staff greeted us as we came in the door. We were sat quickly and our server made knowledgeable recommendations for food and drink. The bartender even came over when I asked about what bourbon he used in my drink. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. We aren't really bread pudding fans but theirs is amazing. We will definitely be back.
My shrimp salad/grapefruit Martini was delicious. This place isn't diverse at all! Will probably order my food to go next time if I decide to return.
Wonderful food with a little twist. We didn't even make it to the entrees, the appetizers were so filling! Staff was phenomenal. Our waiter Noah was super attentive. Can't wait to go back again. Great atmosphere. A bit loud but such a great restaurant. The managers were so friendly as well as the support staff. A definite must try! I don't remember the name of the drink but it's a twist on an old fashion and they smoke the glass on a wood plank, wow, best drink I've ever tried, I highly recommend it! Kids meals were a nice size. Honestly, I wish I could have tried everything!!!
Very cozy atmosphere, seems like a great hangout place. The food is amazing, we also got the poblano cheese dip and it was fantastic.
The chicken fried steak is tender and savory, the gravy that comes on it contains jalapeños and bacon!!!! So delicious.
My friend had the Dr Pepper rib and they are fall off the bone, finger licking, good!!!
Cannot wait to come back here on a more casual day vs a work lunch.

Tried a new place today and WOW!!
We shared two of the deviled eggs and an order of empanadas. The eggs were incredible! I could really taste the grain mustard and the bacon had a bit of spice without being overwhelming.
For my entree I got the pastrami sandwich with pimento cheese and the fries with cotija cheese. Next time I will get the pick two and do half of this sandwich with the arugala salad. My wife had the salad and it has fresh grapefruit and goat cheese with pecans. It was exceptionally good and wasn't overdressed.
We finished up the state fair peach pie and vanilla icecream. The dough was hot and flaky. The filling was warm and sweet and the pie was dusted with cinnamon sugar. We got the icecream on the side. It's high quality vanilla and a nice treat on a hot day.
We look forward to trying the dinner menu next time!
