Cool. Modern. Great conversation with the only gentleman working the establishment. Rainy, cold day so somewhat empty. Great price point and within walking distance of a lot of shops and boutiques. Small event room. Retail feel with sipping areas.

Very modern space with limited seating. There are lots of racks with wine and a small room in the back for groups. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to have my bridal shower here because my sister failed to sign a contract. Apparently they have wine classes every so often that I'd be interested in learning more about.

Welcoming spot in Victory for locals, regulars and newcomers to try excellent wine. Large interesting selection of wines to sample or buy by the glass. Knowledgeable staff, patient with wine novices I have noticed. Cool contemporary atmosphere and good music.

I threw my 30th birthday party at Cork in their event room this weekend. Incredible staff, the wine selection is superb, and the set up was perfect. Tony has introduced me to so many wines based on what I like, Stephanie was extremely responsive for a quick turn around to schedule the event. I will continuously be here to enjoy their wine! Just Perfect!

We went to Cork as part of my bachelorette party festivities and we were NOT disappointed! Not only did they seat us in our own private room with comfortable seating, but they made sure to give us top-notch service. We felt so welcomed! Their wine selection is incredible and I love that their bottles rotate so frequently that they don't print their menus - a good sign, if you ask me! Plus their prices were surprisingly reasonable for both by-the-glass and by-the-bottle. The atmosphere is cozy & warm and it's a great place to go if you want to relax and have a great glass (or two) of wine. We will definitely be back! :)

I was new to the whole Wine Bar Experience - but the staff here was down-right friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I took my GF there for part of her birthday, and the staff went the extra mile to help make it a special and fun experience. More importantly, the wine itself was excellent - tons of variety, lots of new and upcoming wines to try in a fun, calm atmosphere and a wide range of prices - I will definitely be going back!

Cool vibe and delicious wines. A tad overpriced, but it is in one of the coolest spots in downtown dallas.

The wine experts there are very helpful and patient. They don't try to sell you on the most expensive, instead they patiently walk you through their selection and help you make an informed choice. They have a separate room that can be used for larger parties. They offer cold meats, nuts, cheeses and chocolate to pair with your wine. Try the combination platter. One thing to improve is to include dark chocolate options; 80% at least.

This is a good place to go if you want to try new wines multiple types of wine. The way the wines are categorized (big & bold, favourites etc) is easy to understand. Cork serves some food but not enough for a full meal, so call over some food to the Mediterranean place next door (and some shisha too)!

I love their outdoor area seating, It’s pretty popular & crowded place specially during the happy hours. They have very good selection of wines with great prices during the HH.

Pretty good selection, pretty good prices. There are two other wine bars in the area, and Cork sets itself apart with atmosphere (coffee bar-ish) and concept (retail / tasting bar). To be clear, I like Cork. It currently has some correctable short comings The bar / retail concept makes it easy for local residents to stop by to pick up a bottle for home. Cork offers food (cheese plates, etc. not meals), but the couple of times I stopped in it was not staffed well enough to provide food AND service. The staff is very nice, but not too knowledgeable. Their comments are either so braod as to be meaningless or regurgitated Robert Parker BS. Given the size of the location the selection is slim. Half the wall is empty back lit bottles, which looks cool but doesn't do much for the breadth of selection. This makes me think that ownership either doesn't know much about wine or is thin on cash. Either way, not a good sign.

This place is so good! First time taste testing wine and the owner ever gave my friends a history lesson about the wines. Would reccomend for sure!

The ambient is relaxed and calm, large wine selection. But that's not all, they also offer root beer and the republic of tea iced tea. If you want to enjoy some wine they offer the perfect environment for that.

Such an awesome place. Definitely coming back. This place is run by a friendly husband and wife duo. Excellent experience and great wine options! The tasting concept was spot on with the new digital interfaces.
