Excellent care. My other doctors were too full and I had developed a cough. I was able to schedule on line and then show up for my appointment. Very nice staff and Dr. Gandy. Highly recommend
Basically I don’t get on well with doctors, can’t give a reason why.
Dr. Lin is the first doctor I’ve felt at ease with. And I liked his spontaneous ad-libbing style explaining something. Warm, caring doctor that makes you feel at ease. The nurse was wonderful also, professional and attentive. Another big plus is it’s nearby where I work! They do accept Humana Advantage (Medicare). Good Experience at this clinic.
Instead of waiting in the lobby wait at home. If your inpatient like me CareNow Urgent Care is for you. Don’t like filling out paper work or pulling out ID and insurance cards? Web check-in is the way to go. I literally filled out everything online and selected the time was convenient for me. Shortly before the time you selected you’ll receive a phone call following up on why your coming in. In case you missed the call you’ll also receive a text msg. All I did upon arrival was checked in and pay my copay, vitals were taken and was then shortly seen. Dr.Lin was great answered all my questions. Don’t want to have to come back but if I do I’ll come back to see Dr.Lin and the staff at this CareNow.
Checked in online. After being called only waited 5 minutes. Nurse and MD saw me quickly. Great service
The staff were friendly and helped me get registered quickly. Dr. Gandy was thorough and saw me in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of an urgent care clinic.

Upon arriving, the receptionist was very concerned about my condition and help me with the necessary paperwork. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Compassionate x-ray tech. The doctor showed me the x-rays and gave a contact to a podiatrist for further care. This clinics staff were exceptional.
Great medical service! I walked in with an upper respiratory infection and received prescriptions for medications to help ease my conditions. I will visit this location again as needed.
Staff is very helpful with the workers compensation questions. Dr. also is very kind and helpful to evaluate my knees’ pain. Highly recommended with 5 starts.

My experience at this location was very excellent. The entire staff very nice and friendly. For quick and thorough I wouldn't highly recommend this location. Very helpful for weekend visits if you can't make it to primary care doctor.
Everyone was so incredibly nice and went above and beyond to address my health issue. The nurses and the doctor were so kind and thorough. I would recommend 10/10 for this urgent care! 😊

My visit today went very well. I did the e-check in process and didn't have to wait long, less than 10min. I went to this location because the others nearby had 1hr+ wait. I was treated by Dr. Lin Harris and his team were very helpful, listened to my concerns, figured out my problem, and gave me the medicine I need to feel better. Thank you!
Dr. Lin and his staff are great. I feel super fortunate to have stumbled upon this particular location- I’ve been a few times over the past year for various things. Customer svc from the front of house to the back is great and at times you can feel the tension when they get busy, but the quality of service and professionalism is what I appreciate. I also love smart doctors and nurses who are confident in their craft and experienced. Don’t over or under-treat you. Thank you so much for the high quality of care!
