1st time here...the cupcakes were good topped with a LOT of icing. We signed up for the rewards program. Staff was VERY nice and patient with the four of us trying to decide (can't say much for the impatient customer behind us 😒). I have it 4 stars because the prices were a Tad bit pricey. We will be returning 👍 🧁

I had going a way party and needed cupcakes last minute. Not only were the cupcakes ready on time but they were beautifully decorated, fresh, and moist! They were so delicious, and festive! The staff was very accommodating and excited to help in anyway they could. Definitely glad I reached out to Gigi's. The best cupcake place in town, in my opinion...and I LOVEE Cupcakes! Check them out!
The customer service is empechable, the employees are extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that they bake fresh and make their frosting fresh everyday. The cupcakes are very moist! The cookies and brownies are exceptional! Had a taste on their sample tray they had out so I bought one along with my cupcake! My friend had their fresh made in house classic cheesecake. She loved it and thought it was one of they best she ever had.
Love their cupcakes! So moist and frosting is pretty and delicious too. Lots of flavors but my favorite is wedding cake. My family tried other flavor. Chocolate is good too. They also have gluten free.

Finally got to try out this little cupcake joint. I always drive past it going to the grocery store and the old Landmark Theatre on Inwood and tonight we decided to take a look. We picked from a small array of choices: Strawberry Shortcake, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Wedding Cake, Cookie Dough, Birthday Cake with sprinkles, and Red Velvet. We went with Wedding Cake, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Birthday Cake, and Cookie Dough because it had a precious little chocolate chip cookie place atop a generous mound of frosting. (Side note: the environment when we walked in was clean and pink with an energetic touch from the Columbian music playing in the background. The assistant manager of the store was helpful and patient while we took our time choosing our cupcakes.) Upon returning home we indulged in the Wedding Cake first and it was good, but just as any other. The Cookie Dough I believe was chosen for appearance, but still a hit. The other cakes were chosen for friends so I cannot comment on the taste of them. (Until next time.) My review is based primarily on the customer service we received during our visit and the energy in the store!
Absolutely love everything thing about Gigi's! The cupcakes are delicious. The store is very clean and cute! The staff was so sweet and answered all my questions. And now the strawberry shortcake is my new favorite. I will be back for more!!
Went here for the first time the other day, cute, clean place, with friendly staff. I ended up getting a few different kinds of cupcakes and really enjoyed the flavor of each cupcake (red velvet, pb chocolate, and cookie dough), the reason for the 4 star is the cake wasn’t very moist, which was disappointing. I did go much later in the day so that may have been a factor. Overall I would give this place another shot because the cupcake itself was super tasty!
I love these cupcakes! My favorite is wedding cake, but I recently got a strawberry with strawberry butter cream frosting...and I now have a NEW favorite. We ordered the mini cupcakes for our daughter's birthday celebration last year, and we're ordering again this year because they were SO good!
This is your typical upscale cupcake place. I'm not a fan of how much frosting they put on all their cupcakes, but they have so many flavors and the reward program is absolutely fantastic - one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
These cupcakes are incredible! Truly the best cupcakes I've ever had and FAR better than all the well known chains. Every flavor is amazing.
I love these cupcakes simply for the Frosting. I love the amount of frosting put on the cupcakes, however, the cake part is not as delicious, The cake part is dry. I usually have to throw away the bottom part of the cake and only eat the frosting and a little cake. However, MUCH BETTER THAN SPRINKLES
They went above and beyond! We had an awful experience at Carlo’s Bakery. I had a couple of examples of what I was going for and they told my husband “laser printing is the best you will get in Dallas”. I told my husband to leave and we would go somewhere else. He ended up bringing my pictures to Gigi’s and they turned out incredible! It made asking for my recommendation letter a little “sweeter”. I also wanted to give a shoutout to the girl who could spell Dilophosaurus correctly and making cupcakes look like a walk in the park... Jurassic Park 🦖🦕 THANK YOUUUUUUUU!!!! You guys are amazing!
Love the Kentucky Bourbon one best but then there is wedding cake, birthday cake, and the list goes on. These cupcakes are amazing. Not even in the same class with sprinkles.
My first time trying Gigi's was today my son brought them home and Wow!These cupcakes are just Amazing,so fresh and moist.Now I'm hooked I'm going to have to go try all of them,Service is also great and very Friendly!
