The Henry stuff was super welcoming and its child friendly. If I could give this place a 10 start I would! Ambience was 10/10, food was 10/10 service was 10/10! Josh was our server and his customer service was top notch. Will definitely visit this place when I’m in town again. I would say the coconut shrimp was my favorite, cooked to perfection and by the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend
St. Henry’s Winter Wonderland at The Henry Roof Top Bar was a chill Christmas experience. Upon entering, you are greeted by a festive scene complete with twinkling lights, a beautifully decorated tree, and a welcoming red carpet :)
The service was excellent; Alli, in particular, was great.
Despite the crowd, the staff managed to provide quick and efficient service, accommodating both reservations and walk-ins with ease.
The food and drink: The warm burrata with pomegranate and preserve, served on toasted bread, was exceptionally delightful – a perfect dish for the winter season. The cauliflower hummus was another tasty choice that stood out. For drinks, we tried the festive eggnog (good), whiskey and donuts (excellent choice), the Xmas fig & ginger Mule (slightly more citric and lacking the alcohol). This was a first stop for the night so, it was a good warmup drink.
Overall, The Henry’s warm atmosphere, combined with excellent food and service, makes it an ideal spot for those seeking a cozy and festive holiday outing. Definitely attentive and friendly server will make all the difference.
The Henry is the only restaurant that I have dreams of! When my awesome friend and her daughter took me there to celebrate my birthday, I was immediately hooked. Hooked on the food, the staff, chef and environment! She is a gospel recording artist and the staff and chef know her well. Every single thing on their menu is five star and it was the best birthday dinner I’ve ever eaten. If I had a heads up on the day that God would call me home, I’d stop by The Henry on my way out! The braised spare ribs, brussels sprouts, truffle fries, tuna, pot stickers and their desserts are all to die for!
It is a marvelous gastronomic experience. The place is amazing and staff is really nice and awesome. The food was superb, each bite was an explosion of flavor. I strongly recommend the short Ribs Postickers.
Went to The Henry for the first time with a friend and it was great. The restaurant was pretty busy which leads me to believe it’s a popular place. The Henry is located in Dallas near other eateries and nice scenery. The service was great, Chance was awesome.
I ordered the honey crisp chicken sandwich, amazing. I definitely recommend trying this spot out if you’re looking for a cute spot to experience with some friends that has nice views and food.
We went here for dinner. The ambience and the service was great. The rotisserie chicken and fish tacos were amazing. The Henry is one of the best restaurants which serves good cocktails and sipping any drink here with some delicious food is a treat! This restaurant is located in a prime location and has a valet parking. I would definitely recommend and be back.
came for winder wonderland & had a great time!! very good vibes & friendly service. they also validate parking in the lot nearby. also really cute decor
highly recommend whiskey and donuts
The staff and atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Booth seating was roomy and comfortable. And the food and drinks were delicious. We requested extra plates to allow for tasting one another's dishes and every one was phenomenal. I highly recommend and I look forward to going again!
We went here for a birthday. They were very nice and welcoming as soon as you step in. They presented us with a birthday card. The service was extremely fast. We walked in at 5 and by 5:45 we were done. The salmon and rotisserie chicken were amazing. And their take on bread pudding was also amazing. Server was very nice. I would definitely recommend and be back.
Had a fabulous first visit to The Henry this morning for brunch! Starting off with the Wildflower coffee and a flat white- this place knows how to do coffee. We LOVED the fresh pastries- beautiful selection with seasonal flavors along with classics like chocolate croissants. A great spot for a welcoming and relaxing coffee or breakfast with friends. Thanks to Shane and Lando for making our experience so enjoyable!
The food was great, and the pricing were reasonable. Our waiter was very kind, explained the sizes of the dishes, and gave amazing recommendations. Truly a 10/10 experience, will be coming again.
The Henry is one of my fave dinner options in the downtown/uptown area. It’s an elevated dining experience with American cuisine. It’s also located near other restaurants/bars if you’re trying to hang out a little after your meal.
It’s spacious with a modern American decor. There’s is outdoor seating available on the patio.
I prefer the Henry for dinner - their dinner menu is delicious I typically order the rotisserie chicken or salmon for an entrees, and I’ve never had a bad side dish here. I had lunch here for the first time today, I wasn’t the biggest fan and service was slow, but this was an anomaly. They were also busy.
I ordered the turkey club sandwich, french fries, and a side salad.
Can’t recommend this place enough. The Henry has a hidden gem coffee shop with a super friendly barista Shane. My go-to is The Dropout, similar to a latte with more coffee flavor. The Go North is a great choice if you have a sweet tooth and want something that tastes like chocolate milk with espresso. They have the best pastries around with great gluten free options. As for food, I recommend the hot honey chicken sandwich to everyone I talk to. I only wish they offered the chicken sandwich for dinner. The key lime pie is to die for. Still have yet to try the breakfast food options!
Wonderful view of downtown Dallas from the roof lounge / bar area. Wait staff was kind and helpful and the food and drinks tasted incredible. I will be going back to take the Mrs. on a special date!
My burger took forever to come , 15-20 mins after my BF's main dish came
His nachos were pretty good
Love the atmosphere! Christmas setup on the roof is pretty!
Pretty good service overall
I came for happy hour to network with some people. We were sitting outside on the rooftop considering the fact that it was over 100°. It didn't feel too bad. It's my only complain about the atmosphere was the outside music volume being too loud. Means our voices have to compete with the music to have a conversation. Still it's easier to have a conversation amongst a group outside competing with the music than to be inside.
Our server was fantastic, I feel terrible that I didn't remember her name to include in this review so customers will know to go to her station for a sure thing. The decor of the restaurant is very interesting and well executed imo , it goes well with "The Henry".
Now for the food:
-I really liked my Mojito, even more so when I gave it a stir.
-The fries (truffle and regular) were great.
- the Pretzel balls and cheese fondue are ok but they hype it up too much on their menu lol
-the American burger was mid which was a surprise. Especially since the patty by itself tasted good. Also I recommend getting fries or not a salad with your burger.
I came here and ordered the breakfast + avocado. Nice little treat. The servers were so amazing and friendly and the best part of the trip. I also had a breakfast mimosa, not a big drinker but it wasn’t bad! I’d recommend if you’ve never been
Nice place for brunch. If you want to sit on the rooftop, make sure to make a reservation because we went on a Saturday and they don’t open the rooftop til 11 am. Make sure you park at the correct parking lot because they will validate tickets for only a specific parking lot. Food was fine and I enjoyed my coffee drink. Oh almost forgot, the pretzels & cheese were amazing!!
