Great service and bagels. Love y to he open face Nova Lox on a toasted everything. Priced right too. Went to other “upscale” bagel places that never seem to get my order right.
I ordered a couple of sandwiches and a brunch box this morning. The sandwiches were incorrect, but when I called the store, they said they would deliver the correct sandwiches and even gave us some extra treats. The nurses loved the brunch box. That's great customer service. Thank you!
The manager here is on top of her game at all times. This place is busy but she was keeping it moving.

I'm so glad they opened up nearby. I was really craving lox and bagel and didn't want to pay and arm and a leg. The ladies here were super friendly and the service was quick. There's no seating, so it's to-go only. They had an order ahead stand so if you want even faster service, use their website

My new favorite bagel spot! These ladies and gents are superb. I come in practically everyday and order a chocolate bagel or a six cheese bagel to perfection. Friendly, efficient, accommodating and just what I need and like!

Despite having been slightly disappointed in the past for minor mistakes this location has made, I am quite pleased with the way they have redeemed themselves. I have visited most locations since my pervious upset with this store, and I have noticed a considerable difference with how this location

No seating! I agree that the service was fast and friendly, food quality same as typical for Einstein’s. I saw the comments that it was small but I missed the detail that there is no seating at all. When they’re busy you’ll just have to stand there.

Place was near spotless, food was great, order came out fast and they got it right which usually NEVER happens. Staff was super friendly and enthusiastic. Definitely my new morning stop before work, great experience.
I am in heaven having an Einsteins so close to me... But this store really makes my mornings even better... I am always greeted by name (i go 3-4xs week), and a smile... of course great bagels, and smears... and my order is always ready in less than 5 minutes...
