Y’all, give them a break they are brand new. I am really glad we have a new little hang out in the neighborhood. I had a pizza with a friend at the bar one night and it was delicious (and the service was great!)
Great place! Loved the caprese salad and pizza. Definitely so great its across the street from American Airlines Center!! Get there early. Gets crowded.
Authentic Italian food and beautiful atmosphere, plus a full bar and soon to be patio. Can't go wrong with it!

My dad and I have gone here on several occasions prior to the Stars hockey games. The service has always been fantastic, and the food is consistently piping hot. The marinara is flavorful and the chicken and vegetable soup is definitely something to keep you warm on these cold days! We've recommended this restaurant to numerous patrons in the Stars arena because of how impressed we are with it! We'll definitely continue to go back.
Went in yesterday before the Justin Timberlake concert, apparently beat most of the rush. Waited a bit for table because they were busy. Took awhile to get to order our drinks but once they came they were yummy. Dinner came out fast and hot. It was amazing!!! My lasagna was so delicious. Be aware they are super packed during events at AAC.
My wife and I ducked into this place a couple of hours before the Trans Siberian concert. We sat at the bar where the bartender treated us sndf everyone else that came and went like VIPS. The pizza we had was excellent, want to go back and try some pasta.
This is a great new place.

We stopped in for dinner before the Paul Simon show at AAC and got very lucky with our timing because the place went from empty to full with a waiting line out the door. We had the Eggplant Parmigiana, which was very good and the service was great.
Apparently nobody told the above people that it was a new restaurant. Be kind and let them work out their kinks, as in with any new business, be patient. I really like this place

L'Italiano is one of the friendliest and most inviting restaurants. It's Service is off the charts, and the food is on another level. I would personally like to thank Jay and the rest of the staff for such a wonderful experience. If your in the downtown Dallas area or around American Airlines Arena your should definitely stop in.

The service was great! The bartender was very observant and friendly. My only negative is that our pizza wasn’t hot or warm, it was more like lukewarm. It was pretty good but probably may face been better if it had been hot.
It was good. I am not sure they are equipped for large crowds. People wanting to eat before attending something at the American Airlines center. The food was good except for some of noodles in the Lasagna was not cooked completely through. We will try again sometime and see if it is better.
Very good atmosphere. Sat outside and really enjoyed our experience. The waitress was very nice and helpful, even though it was her first night working. Food came out fast and was delicious. Definitely will be back.
Found this place on date night before a show at the American Airlines Center. The food is amazing!! The best calamari I have had in DFW bar none. Actually some of the best I've ever had in my life. Lightly fried, no oily taste, just fantastic. So good that when I asked my wife where she wanted to go for dinner for our wedding anniversary, she said, L'Italiano for calamari. The pizza is also amazing!! Beautiful crust, real cheese, great sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. The only thing I would change is next time I will order extra sauce. Just a personal thing, I like good pizza sauce!! It isn't your cheap Italian place, however the food is so good you won't care about the price. A must eat at place if your in that area!!
Great experience! It is only open for events just FYI. However the service was great. Chelsea took her time to explain menu items and even though she was busy, she definitely did her best! Great place to go to if catching a concert or Mavs Game!
Finally some amazing, authentic Italian food in Texas! I'm from the northeast where Italian food is basically a lifestyle and I finally have a little piece of home. Every single thing I've tried on the menu here has been amazing. The wine list could be improved, but the food is PERFECT. Rich with flavor and consistently delicious.
Went here to pre game before the Mavs vs Pacers game. They were short staffed but still very friendly and attentive. We had time to kill and didn't mind the wait. The spaghetti was amazing! The sauce was super delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

We had a quick bite tonight at 8:30 pm. We hadn't eaten at the restaurant in a few months. They remebered us , which made me feel appreciated. The food was flavorfull and very fresh. Greek salad is the best!
Great little place! Got here early for an event. Was well taken care of, even when it got swamped we still got taken care of. I also ordered a little off menu and they still accommodated me. So thanks guys for the great food and hospitality. We’ll be back for sure.
