Reviews Panda Express

We’ve been to this Panda Express several times, four times recently to pick up to-go orders and twice we had it delivered from their website directly. Their own delivery was $8 less than Uber Eats and faster, drivers were all friendly. We were pleased with our orders. Tasted good and is consistent. Portions big enough to fill up and have some left over. Plenty of meat and veg. Fresh egg rolls that weren’t greasy. To me it is the same as other Pandas. I will say that In past the service delivery was lukewarm and could have been less bored or ready to stop for closing time. Stars adjusted up after latest pick up. Nice chap who handed over the food was polite and friendly. Maybe they’re reading their reviews and making improvements. They’ve never run out of anything we wanted to order. We did need to ask for hot mustard and sweet and sour twice now but a handful was happily handed it over then he wished us a good evening. Note, I didn’t visit the restrooms. Other Panda Express restrooms are very clean. Can’t comment on this one to confirm or disagree with other reviewers.

Great Manager! I was on my way out from ordering take out and manager puts my cup holder in a bag and asked me politely who handed me a cup holder without a bag, so he can train them on how to do better unfortunately, I didn’t quite remember but I am really glad a manager is watching his employee’s and I know you can’t catch every mistake with turnover always being so high in the fast food industry but I’m glad he was willing to train his employees. Food was delicious as well!!!

Food was great. Will be going back.

I'll give the over concept of the chain of resturants a 10 mout of 10. It's always hot and fresh, if not they will cook it for you. The set up and lay out of the store ensures that you get fast freiandly servce as soon as you walk in
