11/17/21 Wed: Highly efficient layout... I was about 10th in line... had my order in about 7 minutes. I got the Mama's Meatball - regular (they offer skinny and fat versions, too) with hot peppers (pickled jalapenos) and onions on whole grain bread. Chock full of meatballs laid end-to-end this pudgy little sub filled me right on up. They have vegetarian entrees, too. Dining in was easy and spacious, even though I was there at just the end of lunchtime. 30 minutes earlier at 12:00 straight up would have been comfortably crowded. Staff was friendly and efficient. LOTS of Baylor Medical Center staff.
Not expensive at all... my sub, chips, and Coke cane in at just over $11.
Best Potbelly’s location in town. Great staff great food ! Any sandwich or salad on the menu with extra peppers is a belly full !!
The service was fast, there was decent parking, and my order was correct and good. The Wreck with bacon is pretty good; their bacon is thick and peppery and flavorful. The bread is good as well. The broccoli soup is good, but the potato soup not so much. Prices aren't too high.
Very convenient location in relation to the hospital. I've been here twice and both times the staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Even when they have a rush, they keep up and show each customer personal attention. The food is really good also.
This was my 1st time to eat there & it didn't disappoint. The smoked ham had a great flavor . I will go back
I would've gave it 5 stars but the manager or whoever she is was kinda rude. I asked for the "Works" sandwich if I'm correct? But I didn't want the Angus beef so I wanted to substitute it with bacon. She says...( VERY LOUDLY) what i could substitute for it. Everything BUT bacon. Just give me what I asked for. I'm paying for it not you. A good manager would've made her customer happy. Other than that delicious sandwich.
Nice courteous staff, said hello when we walked in. Sandwiches are amazing. I wish they had more locations East of dallas. Way better than Subway.
Had a doctors appointment in the same building as Potbelly, so decided to order lunch through Active Menus via Google. It was so nice to just walk in and pick up the food. It all worked nicely. The food was exactly as ordered. Convenient and quick!

I work next door so I’m always there. The food is amazing! I’ve been eating here for a year and never been dissatisfied. The employees are really nice they greet you and are always joking. Definitely recommend
This location is convenient. I parked right behind the store in the commercial area. The food doesn't take long to make and the car wont get towed. I like the Turkey, bacon, mushroom on whole grain bread with everything on it.

I'd not visited many sandwich shops other than this and Subway. I'm getting addicted to the subs in it. The mushroom melt, mint cookies, tuna s/w are the best for me. The broccoli cheddar is one of the best I've tasted so far.
Been going to potbelly’s for years and it’s delicious, but this review is for Royce and his team. I ordered a larger catering order from them and he and everyone I spoke to were extremely friendly, thorough, and professional. Royce was very good at getting back to me and remembering what I needed so I commend them all!
