I haven’t even gotten my meal yet but the customer service is impeccable. So I had to leave 5 stars. Natalie was such a doll. 10/10 I’ll be back.
I love the food, service and the location. I visit daily for lunch. It is a in and out and back without being late.

I checked this place out for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food there! I had a Santa Fe wrap made by a sweet woman named Rosa. It was one of the best wraps I've had in Dallas. It was refreshing and tasty and made me wanting more! I will definitely come back to try the other wraps available! Great food, great service, great prices! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a quick pick me up!
i love the downtown location. Friday i was there and it was busy as normal. i had gotten warm chili garlic salad i totally love the dressing that is on there . Kim was the cashier helping me out and said that Oscar had made my food i want to say thanks so much for your smiles and hard work
Snappy is great, my coworkers and I eat here every week and love it! Quick, delicious, and convenient meals. Only complaint is that they should be open for dinner! People from my office love it so much we would eat it every weeknight if we could.
This was my first time here and I got crispy artichoke salad. It was really good. Nice location. My only complaint is that the staff at this location was a bit slow. They were getting confused with orders and people were waiting. Other than that I can't wait to eat their again.
You already know what it is! Oh my goodness, the wraps made by Rosa were fantastic! The customer service was exceptional, and literally I am still glowing from this wrap I ate 10 days ago. Would recommend to everybody! And thank you Rosa!!
Was extremely surprised & excited that Snappy’s had a breakfast menu! I’m a big fan of the freshness of the salads and the fact that breakfast was also available was everything!! I tried the egg and bacon Piadina wrap which was prepared by an employee named Kim. The wrap was amazing! I could eat that every single day! She along with Ms. Billy were extremely helpful in deciding what to get; without getting everything at one time!🤣🤣. Out of all of the Snappy’s that I have visited, the Harwood location is the best hands down. The food is fresh and the customer service is amazing!! The only downside is that it closes at 3pm!! Please commend the both for their patience and professionalism! 🤗

Snappy has THE BEST breakfast (no one makes yogurt taste this good...)! Billie is the caterer our company works with downtown and she's wonderful, always making sure everything comes out just right! Thanks for adding a better breakfast option and hiring great people, Snappy Salads!
I love this place. All the items are great tasting and top quality. It is very busy during lunchtime. The only downside is the girl that serves the pre-made salads in the lobby. She is pretty clueless and will allow you to leave without the accompanying dressing or a fork. I don't know why management would allow such an inexperienced person deal with customers directly by themselves. Add to that the technical issues she has with the WiFi amd point of sale tablet and it makes for a line of hungry and annoyed customers. Less one star for the lobby girl.
I called in an order & spoke with Kim. Who was very courteous, polite & patiently explained the menu to me. My food was ready right on time, which I really appreciated as I was pressed for time. The food looked great. Awesome first time experience & I will definitely be back!
I’m in love with the chicken Caesar salad. I said I was going to try new salad places on Uber Eats all week but I’ve been ordering Snappy Salads since last week. Lol so good and fresh.
