This Starbucks is both a local hangout place for the Park Cities crowd as well as shoppers for the boutique shops of Highland Park Village. This isn’t your corner Starbucks worth a drive through on the way to work place. It’s a go in to to get your coffee and or bit to eat. See the mix of people. Sit down in one of the managers choices inside - extends way back, or outside under the spacious covered sidewalk. The pre-dawn mornings start with the walkers and the joggers, the rise and shine gym goers, the early morning medical scrub wearers and the first responders taking a break. Later it’s moms and strollers, high schoolers picking up something on the way to their prep school in uniforms. Then the casual one on one business get together over coffee along with the solo workers on computers camped out in the back. It’s like watching the full demographic of the community walk the doors as the day progresses.
It’s not about the expensive coffee, it’s paying for the people watching and community experience.
Sadly this is all coming to an end in early 2024. HP Village owners decided to not renew their lease ending February 2024. The local regulars fear yet another French fashion brand too expensive to be practical will take its place for wide eyed tourist to shop.
We go here almost every Sunday. Drinks are made great. Gio is great at the register. My only feedback is the floors need cleaning especially by the windows under the tables. Just a quick sweep will make it great. I’m sad to hear they are closing in February.
While heartbroken to hear it's leaving next year, I wanted to share some kind words for our longtime favorite Starbucks and its incredible staff. Thank you for the great drinks, the smiles and getting caught up on our daily lives, knowing our usuals, getting caught up on yours, etc. We love this Starbucks and the relaxed vibe and great seating will surely be missed!
Came in here for just a water on a hot day while shopping. Walked in and heard ONLY Taylor swift songs. That’s one way to get my business🫶🏼
Amazing place, tons of space to sit down and do your thing. Baristas are great and helpful, the environment around it is great and so is the seating.
I've enjoyed trying the different holiday lattes!

A special Starbucks! Located right in the middle of Highland Park shopping, this is a wonderful place to catch up with a friend, or can be a respite from the bustle of shoppers outside. I think it's definitely worth making a visit to this Starbucks.
Great service. Busy place. Had a simple mobile order and their was a line when I got there. They need more help I'm afraid. Spacious cafe though. Lots of in and outdoor seating. Eclectic crowd. Decent. Educated. Family oriented.

Okay place, my battery was on 5%, was hoping to charge my phone while enjoying the coffee but they didn’t have an iPhone charger, which isn’t really their fault but kinda odd that none of the staff would have any. Anyway spend nice time, plenty of seats and pleasant atmosphere.
ALL TIME FAVORITE STARBUCKS LOCATION!! Their service is SO quick and they are always nice. Also, their vanilla sweet scream cold foam is 10x better than any starbucks i’ve ever been to
