Switching up my destinations to find some of the greatest fresh eating spots in the metroplex. I had a great time at Unleavened trying out these great items:

This time I branched out to start with some Hummus, and the staff was very accommodating to answer my requests for my (mostly) gluten free needs, with gluten free flatbread for dippin
First time trying this place. Everything is FRESH. The salad is colorful and fresh. The turkey glistening still from where it was taken off the bone.
The best thing I had, however, was the Hoppin' Juan. Oh. My. Goodness. I wanted to be alone with this concoction. It is the most de-friggin'-licious
We first fell in love with Unleavened when they opened their Lakewood location.
This new location is just a tad closer for us. It’s everything you’d expect.. great atmosphere, family friendly, delicious healthy food.
The only single thing that stood out to me was how spectacular the cashier; Avery

Went here with a coworker today for the first time and it was one the best breakfasts I can remember having! Mo was very welcoming and friendly, made some great suggestions and we were very impressed with the portions, the quality and the taste. I will definitely be coming back.

Unleavened is amazing! Been twice now and both times have been spot on. Price point is great for the amount of food served, very fresh ingredients. Also if you like spicy, they've got yellow bird sauces to go with your food. Haven't tried a shake yet but will at some point! Definitely coming back mo
Such a good environment. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. The food is delicious. Definitely go try out their breakfast tacos that is my favorite thing to order. Will continue to eat food here.
