I’m upset I haven’t gotten around to trying the food here and it’s right down the street from my house until today. The food was amazing. I saw a lot of comments about the service and the wait but I didn’t deal with any of that due to the fact that I order my food online in advance and picked it up on a Monday. I placed my order, waited about 25 minutes to pick it up and it was ready to go. It was hot and fresh. I’m sure it’s different in-person on the weekend when they are busier. I got the oxtail plate with Mac and cabbage. I also got a side order of jerk chicken. I was impressed with the portion sizes and the flavor. For the price I paid it was definitely fair for the amount of food I received. Everything was flavorful and tender. I will definitely be coming back.
Hands down the food is amazing. It has a home cooked feel. I had the curry shrimp with sautéed spinach and Jollof. My friend🇬🇭 had the jerk chicken, macaroni, and vegetable fried rice. We shared the goat pepper soup and it was AMAZING. Tender meat. Also the drinks are good.
I came in on a Thursday evening to pick up a to-go order. I enjoyed a red stripe and a shot while a waited. The bartenders were amazing and friendly and I stayed for a couple of hours.
The food is good and definitely the best Caribbean food within miles.
Discovered this place 3 weeks ago and Ive already been 4 times. The food is GOOD. They make a really good Jerk Chicken among other things. Nice venue with patio (formerly Zenna) and good service.
Apparently it turns into a club at night too.
Great bar. Food is always delicious and prepared with care.
Definitely recommend
I love everything about this restaurant. The food is always amazing! The DJ is always great when we go on the weekend. It is a great vibe! You will not be disappointed!
Ordered the oxtail dinner and whew! I kid you not. It was delicious!
Love this place! Have been here several times on Wednesday nights, for Reggae night. Bartenders are never stingy 🙂 and music is always on point! Finally tried the food and omg it was delicious!!! Called in the order and it was ready once I arrived to pickup. I ordered jerk chicken with rice and peas and my other half ordered curry chicken with cabbage. No complaints from either of us. Will always return here. Also, staff if always very very friendly, very humble and nice.
I went to try their lunch buffet so I can get familiar with their menu. It's a fusion of African food and Caribbean food. Food was high quality and tasted great. I loved both goat curry and chicken curry. The atmosphere is dark and cozy. They had two kinds of rice and one salad. Only thing is customer service can get better, other than that, it's great African food in Dallas area.
This place has the food that tastes like what I’m used to and what I have been looking for since moving to DFW 24 years ago! I have been to Caribbean/Afribbean spots throughout Dallas and Arlington but none of them lived up to my expectations. Everything here was delicious and on point, I was completely satisfied. The service was good, I have zero complaints.
The food 5 stars, very flavorful and delicious. I only took off 1 star because my daughter and I waited about an hr & half to get our food. Most of the guests who came in after us had eaten and was leaving. The waitress was sweet, she came by frequently to check on us. We were about cancel and leave, but she said hold on don't cancel. They were having some technical issues going on with the kitchen printer printing orders. Other than that everything else was good. We both got the curry goat, I also had cabbage and fried rice. My daughter had Mac & cheese with her order, unfortunately she didn't like it, but it was edible.. I ordered a side of plantains. The curry goat and the rest of the sides, we had, were amazing. I haven't had curry goat in a long time so the flavor and spiciness brought back memories. We will be back for sure, when my other daughter return to the states.
They have great ox tails, samboosa, great cabbage, and beans and rice. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere great drinks for a reasonable price women get in free men every now and again they charge $10 for them. The Hookah isn’t the best but that’s okay because everything else is a 10 out of 10 the security guard has been around since NYE in Addison around 2000 1415 and also has worked at Spring Valley and Coit Old, Aldeeze so they definitely have dedicated workers if they could have dedicated workers stay with them that long that let you know they’re family oriented and worth giving a chance to

Stopped in for some music and some good drinks. Had a good time. My jerked chicken was bit charred. Looking forward to this people getting more popular. $10 Cover for males.
I Had The Stew Chicken And It Was Amazing. I Enjoyed The Vibes And The Food. There’s Something For Everybody There. I Went During The Haitian Brunch That Happens Every 3rd Saturday. Definitely Vibes.
This is a regular stop when in Dallas area. The food is always good. It’s authenticate in its flavors and prepared to satisfy the non accustomed palate as well as the native.
The Snapper and Tilapia are always prepared well. Either steamed or fried. The Jollof Rice is a must try for those who like a spicy rice dish. It’s Gambian Jollof.
The service is always friendly and well mannered.
You can order take out.
It was awesome. The food was surperb! Good size portions. The waitress was very helpful. Can't wait to go back.
