Pro: Our drinks were good.
Con: We wanted to dine in but they were allowing a dirty homeless guy to just hangout inside the coffee shop so we left because this made us feel uncomfortable.
They ask for your name but do not call it when your order is ready so you have to be sure to watch the counter so no one picks up your order.
Convenient Starbs is located in the mix of everything. Window or drive through service only. Outdoor seating, key code bathroom for customers. Order was fast even with the deive through having 10+ cars. Order was excellent along with service. Very satisfied.
Conveniently located inside North Park Mall. Offered service with a smile. And of course, I love my hot caramel macchiato!. Made just the way I like it! Worth a stop!
Best starbucks location in Dallas. The staff here are super friendly, excellent people. Definitely a busy location but they're always fast.
Sometimes long lines because the mall gets busy on holidays and weekends

Having worked in this mall for years, I have to say that this Starbucks is consistently one of the best locations I’ve been to. I’m always welcomed and helped even when things get busy (which happens frequently since it’s a high volume location). Tip: mobile ordering via the app will save you time, and you can wait outside the shop by Fossil.

I went to get a cup of late and a cheese, sausage, eggs muffin. They took a long time to call my order. It was flat and cold. They were rude. It was about 9:45 am
It's starbucks what more can I say. Coffee is always good. Lines can be long though, after all it is Northpark mall....
About a week ago I went to this Starbucks to purchase a beverage. Although my drink was delicious I want to rave about Michael. While standing in line I observed how amazing his customer service was. He had patience with a customer who had a language barrier while at the same time helping a new employee he was training with answering questions. While waiting for my drink I saw how detail oriented he was with the trainee - You could tell he wanted to train him for success. We need more people like him in this world.
