A car in front of me said that my order was hers and stole my food. The lady at the window noticed that when I came up to the window. My food was given to the car in front of me so she apologized and gave me all my food
Tried the new Bacon Ranch McCrispy today. Very good! Of course they will take it away soon. This place usually makes the food very well, but I think they have a bunch of new employees or something because I keep ordering large fries and getting medium. Not getting napkins or a straw in my bag and the people at the food window are always getting confused as to what I ordered. The seem unorganized, but maybe they are just new and will get the hang of it.

This is the McDonalds on Northwest highway and Plano Road. The service was fast also what I like the person who was giving out the order at the drive-thru window then wiped the drink cup off most don't and leave all the soda spillage around the outside of the cup. And I wind up having to wipe it off myself before I put it in my cup holder. Great job thinking about the customer!

This place has been consistent with their customer service for many years. I've been going to this location more often lately since my elderly mom was put in a rehab close by. She often asks me to bring her some French Fries. I'm glad to oblige!
I came to this location like around 12:45am because I had the munchies. The people working the late Night Shift should get a raise. The food was ON POINT! Got my order hot and fresh. Or give the late Night Shift employees a bonus or something because they deserve it. McDonald’s is a billion dollar company, I’m sure they have a few hundred bucks to spare for their hard working employees.

It's an old McDonald's. So it feels old. We ate inside and the tables were clean, the fries were hot and fresh, and the food came pretty quickly and our they got both of our orders right.. Overall pretty good experience!
