They forgot to put my kids food in the bag so we had to turn around and go back. When I get home and start eating the food, I noticed that extra things that I had asked to be added on were not added (even though I was charged for them) on top of no straws for the drinks and the drive thru being rude. This happens half the time when I go to this location. The one on Plano Rd and Forest is a little bit out of the way but they are amazing. I’d recommend that location.

I ordered cinnamon twists and was not told they were out. Luckily I check my orders before pulling out of the parking lot. So I noticed on was given chips and nacho cheese instead. When I inquired about it I was told them this was given in place of the cinnamon twists, without even asking me. When I told them I didn’t want them I had to ask for a refund which should’ve been offered to me initially. After I requested the refund, then clerk then proceeded to ask me for the chips and cheese dip back. Who does that???! I thought once you give a customer food you’re not supposed to take it back. Not that I cared because I wasn’t going to eat it. But it’s the principle. Now someone else is going to get that good that’s already been touched on no telling how many times. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened and it won’t be the last. Disgusting!

The staff is very rude ! I went inside to order my food hoping for a better experience than the drive through, worst decision ever. The lady left me standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Then greets me with low eyes and ask me 'whats your order' this lady was high as a kite ! I proceeded with my oder only to realize the lady was to high to get it right. I asked for a refund after she rang in my order wrong all 9 times. Then she pretended to do a refund. My bank account still does not reflect the 11.89 refund that is owed to me. This is not right and Taco Bell should be ashamed of their staff's behavior. Taco Bell stole 11.89$ from me by allowing a very drugged up employee behind the counter.

I pulled into the drive-thru order our food then. Went home. When I opened the bag the order was wrong so I immediately got my receipt and called the store and got no answer. We didn't eat the food because it wasn't able what we ordered and it was inedible. The next day I called them got no answer. Same day around 9pm I drove back to TB drive-thru. Spoke with cashier about a refund he asked I had the food I said yes then said he couldn't give refunds only the big manager which wasn't there until the next day. Came back Sunday morning waited no less than 10 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge me finally. Spoke to the Lady manager who at first didn't want to give me a refund because the food had been gone through. Also that big manager didn't give refunds. I proceeded to tell her that I wanted my money back she physical went through the 3 day old bag making comments as if I was trying to get over on them I had to tell this lady that I didn't care what she did I wanted nothing less than a refund. She acted like I was bothering her so I told her to call whoever she needed to police, the president etc. So she finally gave me my refund and proceeded to tell me never come back to their store. All because I asked for a refund for not getting my order.

I thought only me until I red some negative reviews, it turned out a lot of customers had bad experience at drive thru.
Management needs to pay more attention to drive thru, couple times my order missing items.
(Update ) and today I showed up to pick up my online order , but they already gave my order to someone else they stated that he said he is Ibrahim too . Last time at this store

The line moved very slow. I don't know what the problem was if it was as simple as new employees or maybe they were short-handed. When I finally did get my food it was hot and fresh

These people really gave out my order to the wrong dasher and refused to make another and still didn't want to accept that they messed up, my kids were hungry and the manager kept telling my dasher that my order was picked up already but from my end it showed my dasher was still at the restaurant waiting on taco bell, and in the end they didn't accept they were wrong and I never received my order. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

I was on my way to another job and decided to have my favorite fast food Taco Bell! Staff is friendly, the male employee was very polite while he was organizing condiments near my area. He asked to make sure he wasn’t disturbing me while I was eating. Food is great!
