Staff not very polite. Syrup bottles dirty. Inappropriate conversations by staff. We were not handed the menu, we had to get our own menu. Customer service has become an during art. Food was delicious though.
They never answer the phone. If you’re looking to grab Togo in a hurry, you’re better off going somewhere else. Never seen employees purposely decrease their daily income by refusing to take Togo orders
The food is usually consistently good. The staff is nicer than other locations I've been to. And it's usually busy, which is a good indication that it is well liked.
