This place has ruined multiple meals and when I asked for them to be replaced they refused. It's a bunch of females with no sense that work there. They just can't get anything right. This location has ruined zaxbys forever for me. Good job guys 👍
The chicken and the fries were old. Will not come here again. Possibly won't go to a zaxbys again. Half the drinks were out also.
If you've had Zaxby's, you know what to expect from this place. This particular location is pretty fast and great with order accuracy.
Drive thru only due to COVID, but line moved fast and workers wore masks. Food was great as well!

Employees were pulling multiple cars and losing track of where the food was supposed to go. We waited for over 30 minutes before a girl came out and told us they were out of what we ordered. Imagine, a chicken place out of chicken. We will absolutely not go back to this location.
Love the food and whimpy sauce. Drive thru can be very slow at times, but the food it worth the wait.
