Drinks are always made great. I’m only giving 3 stars mainly because of the drive thru. It makes no sense to have an extra entrance from the back. This is my favorite Starbucks. But I wish they had a bigger parking lot. And I hate the pull in from the other side... it creates unnecessary tension from both sides especially irritating for the ones that been waiting in the longest line from Cleveland Hwy...

They need to open this place up... maybe not allow people to come in and sit? But waiting in line for and hour to pay 5 bucks for something to drink? You guys forget people pay for experience... this will get old fast. It already has for me.

Not really a fan since they began representing liberals and dissing our law enforcement, but l not only got a good coffee but very good customer service. I told the manager how pleased l was.

Best Starbucks experience! The girl who took our order in the drive-thru was sooooo nice! So patient with our large order! The Barista did a great job with our drinks, they are delicious! Then, the cashier was also so friendly and patient! Great job guys!
