Krystals has a bad rep but today i had a craving. I stopped in the drive thru and was greeted politely and asked to order when i was ready. I ordered the number 1 large with a coke. Once again i was greeted very politely while he took my card and handed my food. He told me he hoped I enjoyed my meal as i drove off. The food was very delicious, the fries were crispy and well seasoned and the krystals were toasty and flavorful. Thank you to the staff that work here on 4/9/2022 at around 2pm. I will be coming back thanks to them.

Carmen was the best I sit there 4 cars back and was there 40 minutes I was concerned but seen there was 2 cars that was just door dash whom should be a little harder to taje orders there and called in she apologized first thing when I pulled to the window.. I realized this woman is running the whole thing saw her pretty much dressing hamburgers ..my hamburgers so she hands me my lemonade and she apologized ince again I said I see your running it alone..i applaud you whats your nane she said Carmen I said I'm Beverly and your Super!! My fiid was delish she had made them perfectly Bobby was a happy guy with his order!! Thanks Carmen!!! After I got home I was ok with the time I was there.. Gave ne time to think about maybe a new career I would love to work with her!!
