I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am obsessed ever since. I liked the excellent character and tasty dishes and drinks. 5 stars from me.

I've been going to Celias since high school which has been about 40 + years. While there are plenty of good Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area I will always have that craving for Celias. To me the taste of the food has never changed over the years. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

It was just okay the food was warm to cold and the waiters where pushy! Are you ready yet about 3 times in 15mintues ! Lacking customer! I will not be returning 🙂
