Worse place ever. Charged me with an alcohol drink and in return it becomes a lemonade with blue water.. the manager is not as responsible as he is. Never again , the thick manager shouldn't work here.. Im quite regular here, Thursday's they have amf specials for 5$.. and on other days it's 4.35$!? If it's same drink.. why different prices ???!
Guy in dreadlocks was irresponsible to the fact that he tried to say its per menu item but I saw him pour one sweetener and one blue cacao bottle items in my cup while an AMF regularly requires 5 items . Wherever the portion is, it better tastes like alcohol. Lame!!
And then threatens to call security because I stand up for myself.. yeah.. I didn't tip for sure.

Went there with my family of a party of five for Sunday night gathering. We had to wait for 45 minutes even though we arrived at 5pm. Played several arcade games and we had fun participating and watching people. We ordered various entrees and the portion was big.

Went there for a post graduation dinner, food as always was great, we were seated inside, kinda loud and also eating on the couch can get pretty messy. Great to hang out and have a drink, but eating not so much, went at around 5 pm, not bad to bring a toddler, not crowded at all. Loved the photo booths.

Tasty burgers good cocktails (don’t forget your ID no matter your age) the games are real fun for adults too.
I would go again if I visit Daly City in the future.

Table service was good. Food was nice and hot. We played for an hour and decided to get a drink. I sat at the bar and no one come by to give service. There was a guy working, but ignored me. After getting ignore for a while, we decided to leave and go else where for a drink and we didn't come back. If we had stayed, we would have spent more. Everything is good except the bar and it's not busy at all.

We came here for my niece birthday, so we have our own but not so private room. We have to share our room with another party. The service was good. One thing, they are very punctual on time because they kick us out once our 2 hours party hit. The game cards are pretty tricky since it is unlimited but only to the games that doesn't provide tickets, you must purchase that seperately. I had a salad, they accommodated my vegan diet. Plenty of parking and the place is clean and huge. More kids around, than adults.

Games are probably the only thing this place has going for it. Our server was surly and disinterested, and the food seemed geared toward 21 year old frat bros. I like a good restaurant with good food and a fun atmosphere, but if you can’t manage to provide good customer service, then why bother?

Yesterday was our first time at Dave and Busters. We don't have them in Canada or anything like them. It was super fun, kids had an absolute blast and wished they could of stayed forever. The only thing I found to be a tad frustrating was how long it took to get a drink or service of any kind. The bar could of used more staff everyone there was frustrated. Other than that it was awesome and we will be making the road trip to the location closest to us in Washington

Spent $300 here for a VIP table and appetizer as well as appetizer buffet and most of my night here was spent standing in lines for drinks or food! . Everyone is standing in lines!!! I could have bought several bottles and had a party at home instead! This was not ok for NYE! Incredibly unorganized system for a big NYE party!

My first time at Dave & Buster's. It was a great experience. I was there with friends and enjoyed the food and drinks. The smoked wings were great. Great place for parties and to watch sports. We were there lastnight to watch the Warriors beat the Cavs and Lebron James.

Go for the games. The food is pretty meh (I've eaten there twice) and the service can be spotty. While I understand that being blasted with the same music all day can numb your soul, I can see that the employees are really disinterested in being there let alone wanting to make sure that you are attended to. Saying that, this visit, our server was kind enough to suggest that my son switch from the non pink lemonade to the pink lemonade because he could get his refills for free.

Server was fine until he saw the tip we left him he came back and asked for more he said it wasn’t fair for us to leave that much he also told us he deserved more because he has rent to pay and I was like wtf u ain’t paying for my fucking tuition either �
But other than the server that came to ruin our night it was a good place but if you see this guy Guillermo as your server better leave him good as tip if not he’ll go off on you

Another successful birthday event at D&B. They make it so easy. The staff is attentive, friendly and professional. The kids and parents alike had s blast and I will most definitely consider booking another party here. A big huge thanks to Melissa Lang, the event coordinator and the onsite manager Grant as well as our room attendants. We were impressed, beginning to end.

Food service is really slow, food is not very good and very overpriced for the undersized portions. Definitely eat somewhere else then come to play the games. Beer prices were actually reasonable but choice leans heavily towards big corporate beer. The games are fun though and my daughter had a good time.
