I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I have to say the customer service is always good and they keep the spot well organized regularly. Pricing is fair and they serve generous portions.
Alrefdo pasta was not creamy . Pacific veggies Pizza was just okay. I couldn’t tell what went wrong on both pizza and pasta !
My pizza didn't taste good. There was something off about it. Not sure which ingredient it was. All could taste was salt.. i think they excluded the garlic....or something. Also, the cheese wasn't melted in my stuffed cheese bread.
The food is good but the wait times and service is HORRIBLE. They get swamped with orders and don’t inform customers. I’ve waited over 3 hours for my food on MULTIPLE occasions. Ordered a pan crust and got a thin crust instead. Boo!
Everything was good. But, why the heck did I not get the extra dipping sauces that I paid for? Is there like some dipping sauce minster that the missing sauces are going to?
I ordered pizza on the app, and I chose to pay on the app as well. I tipped 20% and to my surprise, when the order arrived the boxes were crushed. I asked the delivery man, hey i’d like a refund on the tip portion on my order. He then took my pizza back from my hands and told me I did not pay, even
Order two medium online one hand toast the others thin crust my wife's favorite, pick up in store after 20 minutes and paid it. When I got home opened it both were hand toast no thin crust. Lesson learned open the boxes first check if it's right before you take it home.
