This is the worse customer service I have ever received! They don’t acknowledge customers. They don’t even say hi. They took 25 mins to finish my order, even though I waited 15 mins to leave my place after ordering. Don’t waste your money or time at this place.
Employee refused to accept a coupon for chicken quesadillas, and when asked for a manager, he said the owner said "We are a Franchise, we don't have to take coupons!" Most fast food places are franchise, and this is the first time that was ever told to me. I guess they don't care about customer serv

Very dirty bathrooms. NO SOAP! How do employees wash their hands and go back to work. No soap dispenser.
