Sylvia created my sub today. She is warm, kind and patient. This may not make your lunch taste better but outstanding customer service is what makes a customer keep coming back. It is memorable and, sadly, all too rare these days.

They are on par in price withe very other subway in the area, and if you go to the grocery store you will pay more for less of a sandwich! The staff are friendly and eager to please within the guidelines they have to work within. Has always been clean when we have gone in and the prep area very well
Staff was friendly and patient while my girlfriend and I couldn't make up our minds about what to get. Even joked around with us which you don't get often
They finally changed their mass policy It is now required to wear a mask in the building for everyone. Which I greatly appreciate. Also they are probably the only subway around that still has chicken salad and guacamole.

Should open a little earlier. Hard for employees to prep and make sandwiches. A lot to ask of. Hire more people.
