Staff is wonderful and coffees are on point.
But they need more support from management and/or corporate!!!
They are having work done on their sidewalk this week and the lobby must be closed--they requested Online ordering be turned off temporarily but it's still active.
This led to me waiting 15+ minutes in line at the drive thru, after ordering online 15 minutes prior to THAT, and at the window the order wasn't even started!
I understand the need to triage, I've worked in food service for a long time, so they were doing drive thru orders mixed with on-the-go to stymie the flow. I'm not frustrated at the workers--they are amazing and working their hardest in one of the most emotionally draining industries there are.
If the on the go had been turned off, I would have known what to expect. I suggested this to them, and they stated that they requested but nothing happened.
Support your workers! They have to deal with sleepy and often cranky people in the morning waiting for their fix!
Great store and great staff! I went several times this week and I believe it is fairly new. They were short staffed, so no ordering in the lobby during specific times, but they still had amazing attitudes and great service!
Great coffee as usual. Prices weren't bad either. Their coolattas were a big hit with my friend as well. Good variety. They are staffing challenged like most businesses these days. Their hours were limited and only the drive thru open because of staffing issues. Glad they still had hazelnut coffee.

They were super busy, cars stopped in the road waiting in line but it was moving. Can't blame them for it getting busy, and they got my order correct with a smile. If this is a sign of the new crew for summer I'm pretty happy!
I’ve been a Dunkin’ regular for a long time. Sometimes the wait here is longer than you would like, but they’re super kind and pay attention to what you want and remember your orders
Visited while on honeymoon in area. There is 3 parking spots in front and 1 is handicap. Parking is in the back and on left side.
Employees are nice and restaurant is clean. Ample seating.
Good Internet.
Great dunkin place in my opinion, all my food came out quickly and tasted good.
They already know me and my on the go order even without saying or being able to say in the app they know where to add the extra expresso!!!!! The make the best Americano's
Hours at this location are improving, they have more staff and the drive thru wait is significantly shorter
Clean location, good selection of fresh donuts, friendly customer service & good WiFi
