We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and we were glad we chose this spot. The interior is very nice and well-designed. They have a very extensive menu, which can accommodate anyone’s taste, and we really appreciated them having the Peking duck, which was delicious. The waiters are a bit detached. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.
We have been coming to Peking Dragon for 20 years and I am finally getting around to writing a review. Every single one of my experiences at this Chinese restaurant have been 5 star. This was a birthday celebration for my daughter and she wanted Peking Dragon. With the reservation for 7 we were seated immediately. We ordered drinks, enjoyed the atmosphere in our private dining room, and a little later we ordered food. We started with sizzling rice soup. And our main course included Mandarin Shrimp (our family favorite), Garlic Fried Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Mu-Shu Chicken. At the end of the meal Kevin and team surprised us with Macha Ice Cream served with a candle and a smoky platter. So Cool! Our daughter was all smiles as we embarrassed her with pitchy and out-of-tune singing. What a great night at Peking Dragon!
We enjoyed lunch here. I'm gluten free and they accommodated me. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the Szechuan Beef.
The lunch deal comes with egg roll and soup. They sang happy birthday and brought ice cream for a guest in our group.
This was my first time at this restaurant it was nice walking in, They greeted us on the way in
I had the shrimp fried rice. Also sampled a couple of pieces of paper bag chicken, it was delicious. Overall, the meal was really good.

Finally, Chinese food on West Coast thats pretty close to East coast style. It was a picture of an egg roll posted by a reviewer that compelled me to drive 35 min in opposite direction from where I was headed.
The egg roll size and external texture were close, the filling lacked the spices but had cabbage, shrimp and crumpled pork. Served with hot mustard and duck sauce. A win in my book!
Also had a glass Japanese plum wine. My entree was kung pao chicken. It was properly prepared. Every ingredient was diced and in relative size. Except the peanuts, of course. The aroma hit me first. I just breathed in the aroma for a moment before my first bite. No disappointment here.
The decor was original late 80s booths and backing in pastel and muted colors like teal and dusty rose. But well cared for and clean!
Very attentative, mature servers. This is OLD school comfort American Chinese food - restaurant. Lots of food to take away too. A happy diner i am.
Note: the menu is geared toward shareable dishes. Eg., egg rolls were 4 for 13.00. But the allowed me a half order.
Food was really tasty, did not feel like regular Chinese affair. Reasonably priced.
This is the birthplace of Chinese cuisine! The finest Chinese food you will ever eat. Can't miss 100% the best on the South Orange county circuit.
Wirhout exaggeration, the best Chinese Food I've had in 20 years! Eggrolls like in NY, food so delicious it blew our minds. Absolutel1y fantasic!
The service was outstanding. The waitwr was so nice. Portions gigantic. The food melts on your tongue. Ambiance is awesome. Everything was outsyanding. We can't wait to go back.

As far as Chinese take out goes this one looks and tastes fresher. Will be back!
Good selection of dishes, pleasant atmosphere. Today the servers were short handed but the two remaining ones worked very hard. Service good given the circumstances.
Family and I celebrated our birthday here, they had a vast variety of ice cream and even a cool smoke/mist show.
Really good lettuce wraps! Service is good, they’re always lingering around. Tea, rice, soup, all very nice. Busy all the time. Great for a family sit down Chinese food meal.
Food was super good... Atmosphere was great and the prices were good. I highly recommend this restaurant. All around just a great place
