Not all Starbucks are created equal...some set the customer care bar so high other Starbucks staffers need to charter a plane just to see it. The local store nearest my home pooched a 45lb whole bean order I placed well in advance, so I began calling around. Shannon at this DP location went out of her way to assist me and I left with the majority of my order...finding my Christmas coffee beans had been tough, I called several local stores and even those with "some inventory" refused to pull together and set aside my order. Not Shannon, she recognized I had already gotten screwed by another store and she was going to fix it so I wouldn't hate all Starbucks. This store is much further away but I will drive here from now on solely because of the way she and her colleagues handled my needs today. I will never return to the store on Los Mares again. They really disappoint. I was pretty upset with that San Clemente manager when I called this Dana Pt. store and 90 minutes later I'm giving them a five star review. Go see what all the fuss is about. There's a great group of young women here who go out of their way to make you smile. Thanks Shannon, you're what customer care is all about. The staff’s collective goodwill permeates the atmosphere here and you can feel it when you enter the building. It is rare to find a place that instantly makes my feel good. Thank you ladies.
Quaint little Starbucks. A bit difficult to maneuver in and out of. The drive thru was challenging to access but we managed. The egg bites were hot but were but my favorite. The kale were my favorite of the ones we ordered but left a funky aftertaste in my mouth. The pink drink was delicious and refreshing and very enjoyable.
This location is in Laguna Beach main street, right across from the beach ⛱️. Busy, a constant line at the cashiers, but a sort of an organized chaos. Staff was friendly, accommodating, The restroom was clean, & very accessible with a door code. My one challenge was finding parking as the small parking lot seems to be shared with other neighboring businesses around.
Just finding a Starbucks enroute on our trip is truly a "home away from home" kind of feeling. Thank you Starbucks for always being around wherever we go.
On the weekends I often take a motorcycle ride along the coast, and I stop at this Starbucks to grab a coffee and read. It is always clean, quiet, and everyone is friendly. Something about it is just more charming than the rest.
Fast and efficient! No line in the morning. Full menu and clean restrooms.

I have never received such good service from a Starbucks in my life like I received at this one today. The people were fast and helpful and they even answered questions for me about the drinks and modified them for me.
Ordered my go to (iced vanilla latte) and as always, it was delicious and just what I needed as a mid day pick me up.

The team at this Starbucks really feel like a team. Everyone broadcasts happiness and hospitality. Location is kind of awkward to get to from a driving standpoint and I deal with it because of the quality service and hospitality

The staff was amazing as always. The drinks we ordered were made right and were very tasty. I love the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha but is only around the holidays. So you bet this is the time I stop by more often.
