Spectacularly fresh! I was surprised how lovely my meal was at Ki Asian Bistro. I work occasionally in Danbury, CT and have tried quite a few other sushi restaurants in the area. Ki Asian Bistro is definitely pricier than the other restaurants, but the quality of the fish is well worth it. I ordered the Chirashi, and each piece of fish was just lovely. For some reason the thing I remember the most though was their fresh wasabi. Usually a sad green paste hiding behind the ginger that assaults your nose, the Wasabi here was delicate, sweet, and perfectly complimenting the fish. Will return! Probably tonight! Service is also great, friendly, and fast! Update: I did come back the very next day and ordered the miso eggplant appetizer and some sushi rolls. While the food was delicious, I’d say the quality was not the same as the chirashi, with the rolls being small in size and fish quantity, and a little messily put together. It does not justify the price being $2-3 more per roll than an average sushi restaurant. Come here for dishes that can highlight their great quality fish but perhaps rolls should be sought elsewhere.

What a happy surprise to find this lovely Sushi restaurant a stone's throw from our hotel in Danbury, CT. Almost everything we tried was excellent. The chicken lettuce wrap appetizer was a hit with my family. We shared three sushi rolls from the Ki Asian Special selections: Ever Green (vegetarian) roll with avocado, cucumber, asparagus and tempura flakes, Spicy Santa Roll with a jumbo tempura shrimp in the center, and the Foxy Lady roll, which had eel tempura in the center topped with tuna, salmon, avocado and tobiko. My fav was the Spicy Santa Roll which was truly satisfying. The only item I would not order again would be the shrimp dumpling, but we happen to live near Rockville MD where there are some amazing dumpling restaurants, so we have been spoiled in that department.

Terrific place to get freshly made, good tasting, sushi. The udon is made to order and the sake choices are very good. Friendly service adds to the experience.

Came here to order takeout. I was staying across the street and just wanted to get out, so I asked if I could order a mai tai while I waited. They said yes and sat me at their intimate sushi bar. Within minutes a chef put a small plate in front of me and said "salmon, on the house". I don't normally eat salmon but felt it would be rude to decline. I'm so glad i ate it, it was delicious!! My food arrived shortly after, which i had already paid for. Upon trying to pay for my mai tai, I was given confused looks. The waiter finally explained that the mai tai was on the house, as well. Wee bit of a language barrier but the service was exemplary! When I got back to my hotel with the food, i had the most amazing pad Thai of my life. Definitely go here! They will not disappoint!

Ben Ki's food is amazing! His sushi and sashimi is the freshest in the area and the flavor profiles he creates in the rolls and special dishes never leaves anyone disappointed... instead we all go back for more!

This is about Koo restaurant. Error! The Korean bbq is delicious and fun. You know everything is fresh because you cook it at the griddle embedded at your table. At $20 per person all you can eat it is a steal. It's not just the price it's the quality and experience.
