I wish I could give this no stars … tables were filthy garbage was everywhere over flowing no garbage bags even in the cans … ice was over flowing out of the machine garbage all over the floors. We had asked for a worker to clean one of the tables for us to sit down because all of them had old food

Slow, uncaring staff who clearly doesn't want to be there. Look from behind the counter at the lines but make no effort to shift staffing to make anything go smoother. Each table had food on it, very dirty.

Gave me half of a spoon on everything I asked for in my bowl. I even asked for double rice and double chicken and my bowl was not even reaching the edge. I’d understand if it was rush hour, but there was no people in line behind me. Was not worth $12 dollars at all.

We've always enjoyed the food here. However, the service ses to have fallen off. Not sure why. Lack of good help? To few workers? Store could be cleaner too.

This is without a doubt the most incompetent chipotle I have ever been to. Always out of simple things, and more times than not my order is incorrect or missing items when ordering thru DoorDash. Very dissapointed

The mall Chipotle seems to be hit or miss. The last few times it has been a miss. Running out if food and drinks. Slow service and not really clean. I think we will opt for something else next time.
