Incredibly long lines and super super expensive for ice cream.
This middle size cost $5.50. Waste of money. Surprised this spot is still in business.
Service is prompt even when they are busy. I look forward to going back again. The bill was fair. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.
This place is great BUT I gave them a 4 because they have dairy free ice cream and no dairy free milk. So you can't get a milk shake and the smoothies end up not being creamy because you can't use dairy milk or yogurt.
$8 for one small scoop of ice cream? No thanks. Plus It's in a terrible location because the line bottle-necks one of the heaviest traffic areas in the mall.

I will no longer support, nor buy Haagen- Dazs because you include a plastic spoon. Bad for wildlife/marine wildlife. Get it together, Haagen-Dazs! Bad, bad, bad!!!!
