I have food allergies, which many people do! one of the things that I am allergic to is cheese. I needed to grab some lunch today on my lunch break. I am trying to eat healthier these days so, I tried to get a salad with no cheese from the Wendy’s on South Boston Road in Danville, VA and I was told... “sorry ma’am, all of our salads are pre-made and you cannot get a salad without cheese.”
I guess Wendy’s is not allergy friendly and they have horrible customer service!!!!
On the other hand, I went up the road to the Burger King on South Boston Road and went through the drive through and told them about my allergies and asked for a salad without cheese and they made me a fresh made-to-order salad right then and there! :) Good job BK on South Boston Road for your awesome customer service!!! :)))Guess at Burger King you can really have it your own way! :))) �

The food was amazing as well as the service! There were only 3 employees on shift at the time of my visit. The drive thru never stopped. It was a popping lil burger king! The guy at the front that took our order was awesome! Very friendly. The food was hot and honestly picture perfect! I just forgot to take pics of the food, sadly.
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had while taking a break to have lunch. I entered the Burger King at 1282 South Boston Road Danville, Virginia and it was very clean. As I walked up to the order my food I was greeted by Stephanie at the register. She was very pleasant, professional and courteous during my request, giving me her full attention. After receiving my meal I continued to watch Stephanie’s interactions with others who came inside. Her customer service was exceptional with each person. I also observed her work ethic as she managed the register and helped out preparing food. She continuously stayed busy making each experience great for each person she was serving and also working with. It’s great when you get a hot burger, but when you get great service with a smile that makes it an even better experience. Don’t stop what your doing Stephanie, because your doing it the right way!
Great customer service. I forgot to say what I wanted on my impossible whopper , nice lady up front told the cook.I guess he didn’t hear her, well so my burger was wrong. I went back to the register and they cooked me a fresh impossible without question. Good crew!!!
Last night in the drive thru our order was taking by someone with a sweet voice it was so heart warming and she was so nice and asked if we wanted meals or just the sandwiches , then as I said thank you leaving the inner com her sweet voice said your welcome , When we got to the second window she greeted me with a smile I glanced at her shirt to catch her name and her name was Cheyenne I was very pleased with her customer service and my order was correct and my food was fresh. Thank you Cheyenne for your sweet kind vibes and excellent service (: we will be back .
